This is the best jump rope I have ever used. I have had the cheap, kiddie ones and also used plenty of others with poor quality handles and rope. This jump rope makes it easier to keep the momentum going. The rope is thick, so it hurts when you hit your legs but I try and use it as motivation to not mess up.
