Not what I thought

Purchased with the help of pharmacist as I have major plantar fasciitis and needed something to ease some of the soreness.
I even bought extra strength which was suppose to give a 12 hr relief window...
I used it 3 times a day because it did nothing... No tingling to show it was working, no warmth to the area. I used my whole bottle and zero relief.
