Don't Waste Your Money

Won a Visa card valued at $75.00...could only spend $62.50 as they HOLD 20% for a tip. We had already given the waitress cash and wanted pay the bill which was $93.00 with $75.00 and the rest cash. Even the manager at the restaurant tried to speak to them and they said there was nothing they could do. Apparently, this is there policy when you use it at a place where they offer services, ie restaurants, nail salons, hair salons etc Ridiculous!

Vanilla visa prepaid card

I bought a $50.00 prepaid vanilla visa card to make an online purchase. I was able to use it only one time, it still has a registered balance of $19.00 but now the card dosent work. Way too much hassle to ever use again.
