Use in eczema regime

My daughter has servere eczema all over her body. We do wet wrap therapy and a heavy cream regimen. After the bath we apply vanicream heavily until it soaks into her skin.
It’s absorbs SO WELL! It leaves her skin feeling soft and like it actually has moisture. The we seal it in with vaniply ointment!
Vaniply looks white/grey in the tub and looks thick. It isn’t as thick as it looks which can be off putting and is non greasy it doesn’t act like petroleum jelly. It seals her creams in well
