These lights from Vansky aren't the best looking lights when they're not on. They're basically big balls of plastic acrylic, you can see how it attaches to the lights and sometimes a little bit of glue has overspill.

However, I have to say, they make up for it totally by looking lovely when they're on. The colours are lot subtler and in my opinion, more beautiful, than in the official pictures. They have a lovely gradient effect leading from the blues into the yellows and reds. Another benefit of being acrylic is that they're pretty sturdy and weatherproof.

Solar lights are a big plus for the garden, you basically switch it to on (static or flashing) and let the sun charge it. When dusk comes, they lights will switch on automatically. I love this, because it takes out all the work. These lights literally light themselves.

Overall, just a great set of lights with some of the best colour I've seen in solar lights thus far.
