At $18, you may be tempted to pass this liner up - DON'T! It comes with a sharpener in the lid and a very nice smudger on the end. The liner itself is like BUTTER. I didn't experience any pulling and it lasts all day and then some! And the color is perfection! It's a bright navy that applies very blue and doesn't end up looking like an off black like some navy liners can.
