Hydratation against eczema

I received this @vaselinebrand eczema calming care cream for review. It is really rich and hydrating and most importantly, unscented! Keeping the skin hydrated is important to keep eczema at bay!

Great non greasy cream

Got the opportunity to try this wonderful product for free. It’s is simply amazing. It is light, non-greasy but highly effective for my skin and mild enough to be used on my toddler who has worse eczema than myself. I would definitely buy it again because it is easily available but way cheaper than the other leading eczema creams on the market.

Eczema Maintained!

I was diagnosed with eczema when I was 5 and although it is a childhood disease, I unfortunately never outgrew it. And through the years finding a way to maintain my eczema without the dependency of a steroid cream has proved difficult for me. It flared up the worst I've seen it in a while this winter/spring with absolutely nothing helping. This lotion has been an absolute godsend to me, it helps calms my flare ups, smooths out any dry flakes and it keeps my skin hydrated without it feeling greasy! I have used Vaseline creams in the past and I am so pleasantly surprised how non-greasy this lotion can be. My entire family loves it too for their dry hands, cracked heels and elbows.

Instant relief

Lately my ezcema has been too active for my liking so this review opportunity came at the right time. The texture is nice not too thick and it absorbs nicely. I felt some relief as soon as i applied it. I felt the relief lasted awhile. A few days after using it my skin texture looked better. I would buy it again , its hard to find effective product. The itch dissipated significantly.

Soulage efficacement

Hydrating but a tad bit greasy feeling

I found this product to have a very light scent. It absorbs very easy but because of the slight greasiness I use it before bed.it relives the itching and flaking on my hands . I love to use this on my legs too.
Even the boyfriend uses it on his cracking hands and he loves that it doesn’t sting .
I would definitely recommend the product for anyone scent free too.

Great Product

I tried this product for about a week and there were a few things I noticed:
- the smell is nice and fresh
- the formula feels good on the skin. There have been lotions I have tried in the past that have made my skin almost slightly burn, but this product does nothing like that and feels more natural.

I did notice that it takes a moment to absorb into the skin, but nothing more than an average cream would.

I would recommend this product to a friend or family member and think it is a good new cream.

A Welcomed Alternative to Hydrocortisone Creams

First of all I currently have a few patches of eczema, on both my elbows, under my chin and on the inside of my right wrist so this was a great opportunity to test this out.

About 2 or so months ago I was using a Hydrocortisone cream for the patch on the inside of my wrist after using the steroid creme I did get some relief but the skin on my wrist thinned out so much and was visable to the naked eye. Fast foward to about 2 weeks ago and I noticed my wrist is flaring up again. Now I still have some of the steroid creme left over but I decide to give the Vaseline Eczema Calming Creme a try as I was already cautious of my thinned skin but desperately needed relief. Sometimes in my sleep I really go at my patches and wake up with just shredded, scratched and bloodied skin (gross I know!).

After the very first time I applied this creme it instantly calmed the itching sensation and the feeling to claw at my skin. It's light in texture, scent and it absorbed in to my skin like a sponge. Within a few days my flakiness was gone and I noticed my broken skin was healing nicely.

Now I don't know if this creme will heal eczema completely only time will tell but I will continue using to see what the long term results are BUT this product does give instant calming relief from itching and irritation and that is what you're looking for when you have a flare-up.

This product is pricely very reasonably as I belive I saw it for approximately $7.00 in my local grocery store. I will be purchasing this once my tube runs out and I will be recommending this as an alternative to my family and friends who suffer from itching and irritation due to eczema.

Great product!

I got to try this product for free and I feel it works well for mild eczema. It absorbs quickly and doesnt have a medicinal scent. Its moisturizing and doesnt leave a skin feeling greasy.

Moisturizes and Calms Eczema-prone skin

Received a tube of the Vaseline Eczema calming lotion for review from Chick Advisor. Overall, I am pleasantly satisfied with this new product. This lotion calms and moisturizes my skin effectively all around my body. However, lotion was not quite effective when applied on my face compared to the Aveeno Eczema lotion (I personally found a lot for soothing and more effective in preventing itchiness for the face due to highly sensitive skin).
I would say that the Vaseline Eczema lotion is quite effective in doing the trick to calm any patches of eczema for full body whether it be on legs or arms and am definitely tempted to include this in my skin care routine! Thank you Chick Advisor for allowing me the opportunity to sample and review this product!
