Great stuff

I love this cream because it absorbs fast and doesn’t feel greasy. I do have to reapply after washing my hands. Def my go to during the winter! Will be buying again!

Really like this lotion

I was very, surprisingly impressed by this lotion! I normally prefer thicker creams for my intensely dry skin, but this lotion was really effective. It went on light and absorbed quickly. I wore it during the day and used the thicker balm at night. Will definitely consider this one in the future.

Good cream but...

I was excited to try Vaseline Extremely Dry Skin Rescue as I usually have quite dry skin, especially in the winter. With high hopes, I started to use on my hands. It is a good cream but I did not notice much difference between this and Vaseline Advanced Therapy.

Works great

With only 5 days of using this lotion, I have seen great results. Winter has got my skin very dry and itchy. I used this product day and night and my skin felt supple and moisturized again.

It doesn’t feel greasy nor it does have an offensive scent as it is fragrance free. It absorbs really well. It delivers great results and I recommend it.

Slow to absorb, but brilliant otherwise!

This lotion does a great job of repairing and healing cracked and damaged skin. In a little under a week, I was able to reduce my dry skin from a severe case to virtually nothing, using it just a few times a day.

This is an unscented lotion, what I really liked is that it doesn't smell bad. Most clinical, un-fragranced lotions smell very bad, not this one. My partner thought it had 'vaseline' smell, but to me it just smelled like cream.

The only real issue I had with this lotion is how long it took to absorb into my skin. After applying it to both hands and rubbing it in as much as I could, I found it took almost fifteen minutes before it would be completely absorbed. If I had to use my hands for something before then, such as typing, using a mouse or driving, it felt very uncomfortable and slippery. The website claims the lotion should absorb within 15 seconds, but that is certainly not the case in my experience. It absorbs faster if you put only a thin layer, but you get better results with a thicker layer!

After using this lotion for a little over a week, I found the skin on my hands was much softer, and in particular dry skin on my knuckles, fingers and fingertips was healed without a trace, so I’m very happy with the moisturizing power of this lotion. It's a bit bottle and I'd definitely buy again!

Nice packaging, not about the parabens

I was really excited to try out this product. I was previously using the La Roche Posay products for sensitive skin and found that it was very effective, but on the expensive side. I was hoping that Vaseline has come out with a product that addresses sensitive skin while providing an intense level of moisture to combat the dry winters of Toronto. While I found that this product works well, I'm not willing to finish the product or recommend, because the product contains parabens. Parabens are a bit of a controversial ingredient and while it makes the product feel nice and mimic high quality products but are not a quality ingredient.

Left my skin soft and moisturized

I was really excited to try out the Vaseline Extremely Dry Skin Rescue Healing Moisture Lotion because my skin has been extremely dry the last few months.

First of all, I do like the pump on this. It's larger and really easy to use. The lotion itself is a medium consistency - not too heavy but also not too light. It has a light lotion scent to it and spreads evenly across the skin.

This cream does absorb quickly, which is nice, yet it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. The lotion did an excellent job of keeping my skin feeling hydrated and moisturized over a long period of time. My only complain is the ingredients contained two different parabens. I really don't want to see that in something I'm putting on my skin regularly.

A little bit greasy, but very effective

I tried this product through ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club, along with the overnight cream.

I was excited to try these products because, while I don't have SUPER dry skin, the skin on my legs doesn't retain moisture very well, so is pretty much always dry. I moisturize and it's fine, but over the course of a day it gets dry again.

Initially I tried both of these products together - this lotion in the mornings after showering and the overnight cream before bed.

I definitely feel like my legs are more moisturized than they were before I started using them. My skin is still dry before using it, but not as bad as it was before. This lotion says it will start working in five days, and while I definitely saw an improvement after five days, it has been even more noticeable after continued use.

My biggest issue with this lotion is that it's kind of greasy. It isn't really surprising given that it contains Vaseline, and I feel like it's definitely not as heavy as the overnight cream so they've definitely made some adjustment to the formula, but it does mean that it's almost impossible to put on jeans after using, so it does make it difficult to use on a daily basis. Maybe I'll continue to use this, but only on days when I'm not wearing jeans, or when I'm not in a hurry to get ready and so can sit around with no pants on for 15 minutes or so, haha.

Amazing

This product didn't really do it for me. The pump on the bottle is different than other Vaseline products that I have tried and loved in the past, I wish they had stuck with the old model, it worked much better. I did not notice any difference in my skin compared to using regular Vaseline products not directed specifically at dry skin.

I like this product

I find my hands get super dry so I've decided to keep this lotion by the bathroom sink for use after washing my hands. I like that there's no discernible scent and the lotion absorbs quickly and doesn't feel like it leaves a greasy residue. I received this as part of the Review Club and, while it's not the type of lotion I would usually buy for myself, I'd definitely recommend it to friends who suffer from very dry skin or sensitivities to scent.
