Severe reaction

I am an avid user of beauty products, vaseline in particular. I have never experienced anything like I have with this product. Within 12 hours of use I had a severe reaction to the product that caused extreme swelling in my lips. I wasn't aware that the product had caused my reaction until a few days later when I used the product again. This time my lips swelled up so bad that they split. I am pleased with how the company responded to my complaint, but I wouldn't wish what happened to me on anyone.
