Everyday remedy

Vaseline is such a versatile product. You can use it as a moisturizer, cleaner and overall medical remedy. Whenever you have dry skin or chapped lips, just put some on and it stays for hours. You can use it as a makeup remover that doesn't tug or dry your sensitive eye skin. It works well removing mascara! I don't see as much eye lashes falling out. Whenever I have a small cut, I put some Vaseline on to protect the area and to keep out any germs. I have been using it for years! Although it doesn't penetrate your skin as lotions and creams do, it it something I like to keep on me at all times in case I need it.

So Many Uses!

I find it hard to imagine someone that has never tried Vaseline. It was a staple in our household growing up, there are so many uses for it for all ages, all genders. I've always found it to have a slight smell that I'm not too fond of, one that is instantly recognizable. Vaseline has come out with scented petroleum over the years, my personal favorite is the cocoa butter products because of the smell.
Moving back to this product, the range of uses are wide. I have used it on my cracked elbows, around my hairline when dying my hair at home to prevent my skin from staining, all over my face as I sleep (which does feel heavier even in the thinnest layers, however I've read people praise it as a beauty tip), a thin layer over tattoos to keep the appearance up and as then best lip gloss you will ever use!
When using it as a lip gloss, a little goes a very long way, too much will leave a tacky feel and appearance and overall it will be too gooey and messy. Vaseline has banked on this use by releasing tinted, scented tins of their petroleum that're marketed as lip gloss. They have also come out with tiny, mini jars of their petroleum jelly that are also scented meant to be used as lip balm.
I'm guilty of collecting these, the packages and the scents drew me in... I'm a sucker for packing and marketing gimmicks. The best advice I can give?
But a large jar of their plain old Vaseline petroleum jelly, you'll be able to get SO many uses out of that one jar! If you want to use it as a lip balm/gloss (which I highly recommend) have a pot/container near by and out a little in and add your own scent and tint it if you wish to. This is a product that every household should have in their home, everyone, people of all ages have a use for this and it's something we always make sure to keep on hand!

Must always have some at home

Although it may be sticky, it really works wonders. I specifically use it for my dry lips after wearing lipstick all day. My advice is to apply it at night, it just before bed so that the stickiness won't be bothersome. By allowing the Vaseline to sit overnight without being tempered with, you will get the maximum effect of the product.

The cost of the product is also amazing for what you get, And how much use you get out of it as well.

Love this stuff

Vaseline is truly a god send. It works for everything, from dry skin to dry lips. It really helps keep my lips soft and moist throughout the year, not just the winter, but the summer too. In addition, it is a really great moisturizer.
I enjoy using the original one, because it does not have a smell, so it does not irritate me in any way whatsoever.
It lasts a long time, and is much cheaper than buying a single lip balm. I even reuse smaller containers and scoop out some to keep in my purse.

I have even used this product for lose hairs, to keep them down, and even for a primer. So this has many uses for such a great price.

Great product, can be used as a lip balm ; leaving dry and rough lips soft or to buff away dry skin ; feeling fresh and leaves no irritation. Good for an everyday use. This product has a good quantity that lasts for awhile.

Holy Grail for Lips!

It is pretty simply - petroleum jelly but it works wonders on dry lips. A light layer before bed and I wake up with really soft lips. Highly recommend for that use!

Vaseline is the holy grail of all lotions. It is a jelly I get it but it locks in so much moisture on the bottom of my feet! I do a treatment of vaseline and then socks on at night and my feet come out as soft as a babies bottom!

The best

This product has been around for years, and has yet to let me down! Used for many things in our household, and is always our go to especially in the winter when we have dry chapped hands!

I love Vaseline Original Petroleum Jelly it can be used in so many different ways and is good old faithful. This product doesn't have a weird smell and is been a consistent product. I use it on realyl dry skin, Inside my nose so dry skin, Around my hair line when I am dying my hair - It works well for a little bit of anything to be completely honest and I love love a product with diversity. Vaseline will be a product that I use forever and use it on my children.

I have tried all the diaper rash creams out there, however, this original Vaseline always fixed the problem. So much cheaper than anything else that it makes me feel that it's even more effective. It can be a little easy and hard to wash off your hands but worth the results.
