Not very moisturizing and the fragrance is way too strong. Even if I wanted a highly fragranced moisturizer, this would not be my choice because the scent is like a typical chemical lotion-y smell. Fragrance is not skin care.
I hated this stuff. Bought a big bottle thinking it would be great for my skin. I applied it, and it left my skin feeling greasy, and it made my dry skin itch even more, I ended up giving it away.
I didn't find it to be particularly successful at it's job. If you need very light moisturization and don't mind a heavily scented product then this is for you! But if you need more bang for your buck, try another of Vaseline's products, this was a let down.
Got a coupon to try out a bottle for free.
I have eczema so I go through lots of lotion and figured this would be pretty good because the vaseline brand does make decent lotions. To my surprise I really did not like this. I found my skin would dry out after applying, it make my skin feel tight, dry and slightly itchy. It didn't aggravate my eczema but it didn't moisturize so it didn't alleviate the dry flaky skin. I also found the fragrance quite strong but it dissipated after a little bit.
I guess a plus is that it absorbed into the skin fast but since I have dry skin most lotions soak in pretty fast.
I also received a coupon from ChickAdvisor to buy this product and was excited to give it a try. I have skin that tends to be slightly dry, so i was curious to see if this moisturizer did anything to help it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the results. When i went to buy the product, i noticed the bottle was very small in size compared to other moisturizers i've used. Considering the size of the bottle, the price of the moisturizer seemed extremely high for what you were getting. If i didn't have the coupon for a free bottle, i wouldn't have purchased this product. When using the product, i found it very thick. It felt like it took forever to absorb, and i don't know if it ever did absorb. It constantly felt like my skin had a film of moisturizer just sitting on top of it, not soaking in whatsoever. It felt very heavy on my skin. I bought the "Mineral" type and found the scent was alright, although it seemed a little strong and couldn't really be paired with perfumes. Overall, i didn't love this product, and found that it didn't do anything special for me.
During the winter months my skin dries right out, and I figured that I would try Vaseline Sheer Infusion. It smells great, but didn't provide the results I wanted. It dried out my skin even more. I just threw it out! I think I will stay with Johnson's Baby Oil. I wouldn't recommend this product to any of my friends.
I received this product through the Product Review Cub (thanks :D!) And overall I was not impressed with this moisturizer. First major drawback was the price. I could not believe how expensive it was!! I personally would never spend that much on body moisturizer and for such a small bottle. Adding to that was that fact that I didn't find anything amazing about this product that would make it worth the price. It had a strong smell and I found that it worked just as well as others I'd used in the past (Jergens, St. Ives, etc). I wouldn't recommended it, there are many other products that give you the same results and more "bang for you buck"
I received a Free Product Coupon from Chick Advisor to try the Sheer Infusion Minera Body Lotion out. I have to honestly say, in my deep opinion, I hate it. It leaves a gross residue on my skin no matter how much I rub it it.. it wont soak in my skin! I have used many many body lotions before and I have to say this is the worst one I have ever tried. Not worth the money at all.
Also, I have a skin skin condition called eczema. After I tried using this product, my skin started stinging and my eczema became inflamed. I have never had this problem before.. it aggravates my eczema.
I do not recommend this product for anyone who has eczema or someone who wants a lotion that actually moisturizes. On another note, at least the lotion smells really good.
Picked up my free bottle of Sheer Infusion - with stratys 3, 'botanical' was the least offensive scent, in the bottle. It is not a 'weightless' moisturizer, it leaves the skin sticky for hours (if you have ever used vaseline and bread bags for your feet, you'll understand)..and the smell! That has to be the worst part..once the product warms up, there is an overwhelming stench (smells just like Nair hair remover) Two thumbs down!!!
I found this product VERY greasy and the scent is far too strong to wear any other scent...
an hour later, the oilyness is still on my skin...
I like my skin to feel soft after applying cream and this product did not deliver ...just too greasy and
scented
Smells too much like a room deoderizer
