This stuff is terrible. For a product that says it's good for energy and performance...I don't think so. It tastes like cardboard, so I just end up putting sugar on it defeating the purpose.

Not a fan. Bought couldn't get anyone to eat it. Paid way to much for this product. Don't know what else to day about this product except way to expensive.
