Good value
This is a good value product. Can often find it on sale, and it works great! Does not leave skin irritated, removes hair well and gets the job done! This is my go to product!
so easy!
This are so easy to use, and are very gentle on your skin. I’ve even taught my boyfriend to use them, and it’s super easy. They are gentle and you get a decent amount for your purchase.
They are amazing
These do it at home wax strips are amazing! It is a no fuse, no mess way to wax and in the comfort of your own bathroom. The price is very affordable and I can wax in my free time with not having to make or wait for a appointment at a salon. I use them regularly and have never had a problem with my results.
Good
So simple to use and results last better than using a razor to shave. All I had to do was warm the sheets up with my palms peel it apart apply to the area I wanna use it on and rub it and pull. It left my skin more smooth for like a month before I had to do it again whereas if I shave its a weekly thing. Think I found my favourite way to get rid of unwanted hairs!
Awesome product
This is a perfect little box of ready to use no heat wax strips. Oh. My. Gosh. Amazing.
You literally have to do nothing! No rubbing the strips. No heating them and burning yourself. Just apply and peel.
The only sad part is I found there weren't enough wipes for after. A box lasts be a couple months for my needs but you only get 2 cleaning wipes???
Absolutely love these wax strips for my eyebrows and upper lip. They work very well, even if they are a bit pricey, but still a lot cheaper than a trip to the salon.
I bought Veet's EasyGrip Ready-to-Use Wax Strips with Aloe Vera on sale, so it was a good deal. I've seen this wax on sale at lots of places - Walmart, the Real Canadian Superstore, London Drugs, etc - so don't feel as though you have to buy from Shoppers at their really overpriced price.
Before Veet, I had used Parissa's Wax Strips, but after receiving the Veet sample pack, I decided to try out Veet. Whereas I could only squeeze out 2 waxes per strip with Parissa, with Veet, I could do half a dozen, or more - amazing! The first 2 waxes with Veet are the easiest, but after that, if you press/rub down well enough (I use the side of a comb), you can do another 5 waxes, with the same effectiveness.
As with the claim of "up to 4 weeks of smoothness", I've NEVER had that with ANY waxing experience. The hair is back within a week, and I'm pretty sure that my technique isn't to blame - I've watched videos, followed instructions, and have waxed many times. I think my hair simply breaks most of the time, or I haven't waxed diligently enough to sync up the growth of my hair (if there is such a thing). Also, despite its claims, these wax strips aren't very effective at removing short hair, so it's hard to achieve perfect smoothness with waxing alone.
I have yet to try other waxing products as I've discovered the joy of shaving, but if I had to go out and buy more wax strips, I would definitely go back to Veet. I've heard that between Veet and Nair, Veet wins out, and based on my experience with Veet, there's no question for me. Just try to have another type of wax-removing oil at hand (I love Parissa's oil) as Veet's "Perfect Finish Wipes" are a joke - they're rough on the skin and it's hard to fully use up the oil, causing you to open another Finish Wipe. As such, you'll definitely use up the Finish Wipes before you use up the wax strips.
Tip: use a blowdryer to heat up the wax before you peel them apart - it's easier than rubbing them between your hands and warms the wax better this way.
Amazingly good! I find with some at home wax strips they only remove some hair, these with little body heat effectively removed all the hair and the finish wipes work great as well!
I found that Veet Facial Wax Strips and Perfect Finish Wipes do just as good of a job as the more expensive brands do, only at a way cheaper price. They get rid of those hairy patches on your face that we all get sooner, or later, but all hate! The smaller wax strips work well on the harder to reach areas on your face and can be used on other area’s of your body. All you have to do is smooth the wax strip onto your skin and then remove it with one good pull. If any residue remains it can be wiped it off using the finishing wipes, or a warm wet cloth. Veet wax strips can remove unwanted hair as short as 2mm, so you don’t have to wait until you look like your husband to use them. The package contains twelve wax stripes and three perfect finishing wipes. I’d recommend Veet Facial Wax Strips to anyone wanting to get rid of unwanted facial hair and not pay big bucks to do it.
