decent protein shake

I am trying to eat healthier this year. It was one of my New Years resolutions that I was able to achieve thus far. I saw this product as a way of getting protein when I skip breakfast, which is quite frequent.

I mixed it up with a bottle of water and an individual pouch in a shaker cup. It resembled mud, but tasted pretty decent. It does not have an overly sweet taste. It was great to see how many health benefits were listed on the package.

It was not my favorite flavor, so I do not think I will buy this particular flavor too often.

Good Green Fuel

Vega One is a pretty important part of my day! Whether I'm looking for breakfast on the go, or need some recovery protein boost after a workout, Vega One has my back! Mocha is by far my favourite flavour, and I love that I can play with what I put in it -- mix in cold coffee for a bit of an added kick! It also blends in well with mild frozen fruit (think bananas) to thicken it up a bit, and I always substitute half the water for chocolate almond milk -- YUM!

Great stuff

This did not upset my tummy or give me gas which most protein shakes do. After 2 weeks of daily use of one shake , I lost 5 lbs. Will continue to use and try other flavors.

The ONLY protein that doesn't upset my stomach. It was so hard finding the right protein and someone suggested a plant based protein and I found Vega One. It tastes great and you get a good amount per container.

Love this stuff! There are great recipes online to mix it up too! I've tried other shakes and wasnt a fan of the taste or texture, I'm kind of picky. But this is great and much less expensive than many other brands!

I love this product ! Although it's a little expansive (anyway all protein and nutritional powders are...), it's really effective and it's an awesome way to stay healthy and get nutrients when you have less time to eat good stuff. Also, I use it after my trainings a lot to get some energy back. Also the taste is alright.

I love Vega powder. As a vegetarian with other health issues, it's very important for me to get my protein, and with vega powder, it's super simple to do so. It tastes better in a shake with almond milk and frozen berries, but its decent with water too, just not as good. The chocolate is better with water than the vanilla though.

This line of products from Vega is by far the best I have ever come across. The nutritional value can't be beat and the taste is really good all things considered. It's so challenging to get all your vitamins, fibre and protein each and every day and this makes it much easier to accomplish!
