If you are looking for a healthier option drink give Vega Protein Nutrition Shake a try. It's a vegan certified, plant based drink containing an assortment of fruits and vegetables. There's only 7 grams of sugar in the entire 325ml bottle, 20g of protein, vitamins and minerals, 4g of fibre as well as omegas.

When I picked this up at Pharmaprix for 3.99$ I assumed it wouldn't taste as good as chocolate milk and I was right. It was a bit thick and chalky tasting for my liking. It is sweetened with stevia which not everyone likes but this drink is perfect for those who are lactose intolerant. I personally would buy this drink again because it is a healthier choice compared to most other drinks that are packed full of sugar.
