I've just discovered the Vega sport line of natural plant based protein/energy mixes.I tried this one in apple berry flavor it says to mix it with water but I mixed it with Soya milk and blended it up in my magic bullet.It turned out really creamy and delicious there is a bit of a grit to it but it never bothered me at all.It has some great ingredients.Glucosamine,MacaSure,devils claw,ginseng,tumeric and vitamins and minerals.It replenishes energy and electrolytes.Its great for an energy boost.
