In theory, it works. Take some extra fine sandpaper and rub an area until the hair is removed. The skin around it is smooth as well due to the exfoliation. However, it did not quite work that way for me. It took a lot of rubbing to remove some hair out (fine, mind you), and it did not remove all of it. It also rubbed my skin raw to the point that any liquid that touched that area would make it feel like it was burning. Too much friction was needed for so little payoff. Not even hairy to begin with.

Intriguing concept, but nope.

Suite aux changements hormonaux, j'ai des poils sous le nez qui sont apparus ( un petit duvet ) mais qui était apparent étant allergique au crème épilatoire, je cherchais quelque chose qui enlevait les poils mais pas de cire et j'ai découvert ce système d'épilation . La première fois n'a pas été agréable car mon poil était trop long donc ça fait un peu mal mais ensuite si tu fais l'entretien régulier ça devient simple comme bonjour ; à l'intérieur il y a les bandelettes pour le visage et de plus grandes pour le corps ainsi que 2 polisseurs 1 pour le visage et 1 pour le corps facilitant le travail . , il suffit de frotter avec une rotation afin de faire partir le poil se fait rapidement et presque sans douleur .
