You are my Sunshine, Literally!

I have had a Verilux desk lamp for years that works like a charm when I need to do intensive studying which require high level of concentration. I recently bought the Verilux HappyLight Touch. It mimics the sunshine without any UV lights. I use it everyday throughout the day (the recommended required time for effectiveness is minimum 1hr). We do not get much sunlight during the winter months and I always feel the lack of energy each day. Since I have used the HappyLight, I am much much more happier and relaxed. I feel a sense of calmness and peace whenever the weather outside is ugly (I have my daily sunshine regardless of the weather). My focus is much better and I notice a significant improvement on my energy level. I have bought a few for my friends and family member, and whenever I use my happy light, my houseplant was near the light too (not sure if it helps the plant growing, but hey why not!)
