Goodbye Winter Blues!

I received this as a gift from a work client and I am absolutely in love! Like many others I suffer from SAD during winter months, and I can already tell this ray of light will be my new best friend!

I am pretty happy with my purchase. Haha... get it. It's a happy light.
I try to use it every morning because I struggle with the winter blues.
Pretty good investment. Helps me develop a better routine.
I work shift so I could sleep all day away.
I do notice a change. I am much less lethargic.
