I buy this through Amazon. It comes in different formulas and a gel. I buy the one for ears and clean his out, when they have a weird smell to them. It's great for routine maintenance also.

Bought this when my dog was having issues with his ears. Even though the issues were due to allergies, this still helped him clean the gunk out of his ears with great effect. I still use it now to help my dogs keep their ears clean after they've been rolling in the dirt and muck a bit too much, or if they get wounds from playing too rough. A bit spendy, but for what it does, it's worth it!
