Great for Mud Runs!

These shoes are great, they stick to everything and are a must have for any foam fest, mud hero, ninja runs! They are easy to clean, have great grip and are super comfy!

My trainer loves these. She said she cant imagine going back to regular workout shoes. I havent tried them yet, but hearing all the great things about them Im willing to give them a try this summer.

I believe in the more natural approach and when I found this brand 5 years ago I was intrigued. I bought my first pair then and three months later did my first half (mountain) marathon in them. LOVE them. They are like being barefoot without the social stigma. I now own about 7 pairs, all different styles and love them all.
