I feel when I buy anything Vichy, it will be amazing. I will start off by saying the packaging is cool, fresh and clean...very appealing. The balm is a beautiful blueish colour that is gel like. Cooling immediately, I use this through out the day for tired feeling eyes. It dissolves quickly and I feel lines more plumped. I will continue to repurchase, a winner in my books

This gel-cream has a light blue color, and looks more like a gel. The color and texture of this product makes it look like it has a cooling effect. The product glides on super easy, it's the most slippery skincare product I've experienced with, so I can massage my eye area in little circle motions with the product without worrying about creating wrinkles. It is also very hydrating (and the hydration is long lasting), though I'm not sure if my eye area look more "awake". However, at the same time, I'm so not used to this type of slippery texture and wonder what ingredient is making this product have this characteristic, and whether if it is actually good for the skin. Also, my eye area is in such a bad condition that I would need a bit more than just hydration and "awakening". I would recommend this for people in their teens and early twenties, or just people who do not have special needs for their eye area (e.g. firming, line reducing, spot correction).

Vichy is the best! this is the best eye solution I have ever used. this is their very best product. for puffiness this is the very best of any and all products. highend and other...can not be beat..

I am a huge fan of vichy products, and this eye cream does wonders for hydrating and awakening your eyes. the only reason i probably won't repurchase is because it doesn't do enough for my under eye circles or fine lines.

I got this as a sample from a drugstore beauty department. I loved it from the first time I used it, love the gel/cream consistency. It sure feels nice and keeps my eyes area hydrated and relaxed. I'm on my second bottle now. I recommend this eye cream to all my friends. Great product! Thanks Vichy!

This balm feels like a refreshing gel on the eyes. It feels really good when applied. It has no smell to it. One pump squeeze is enough for both eyes, under them and around. I ended up with some of the product in my eye and it didn't sting.
It needs some time to dry before makeup can be applied, i'd say after 10 minutes i was still feeling it wasn't dry enough. For me it keeps the area well moisturized for most of the day, i don't feel like i need to reapply at any point.

I always have dark circles under my eyes but after trying this eye cream never !! It keeps my eyes area hydrated and relaxed , it"s a must have , lovee ittttttt

I loved it!!! I always have puffy eyes in the morning and it helped a lot. Plus, it dried very fast so I didn't have to worry about getting some into my eyes. I really loved it!

You only need a little drop of this balm - it goes a long way. The smell is subtle and nice. I couldn't use it during the day because I could feel it around my eyes so I used at night. I'm not sure how effective the product is.
