I used this every day as instructed but didn't notice a huge difference, but I do believe it must just be that my eyes don't need the balm at this point yet. I will say I enjoyed the smell, the texture and that I did not experience any adverse effects. All in all a good product I would repurchase at a later time if I had tired looking eyes.

Really liked the texture of the balm, it absorbed really well and didn't leave you greasy. After a day or two of use I started to see an improvement with under my eyes.

This awakening eye balm works great but as the other Vichy products it is a little above my price range. It does the job though and feels refreshing. A little wake me up in the morning!

I love this product! After using it an waiting a few minutes to let it do its magic I did not need to use concealer under my eyes it was that brightening. It definitely makes a difference to my dark circles.

I was on the fence about the moisturizer and serum but I have NO doubt about my love for the Awakening Eye Balm. I love, love, LOVE it. I have been dealing with bags and dark circles under my eyes since the age of twelve. I have tried every beauty store product and trick you can think of (cucumbers, tea bags, etc). Nothing ever helped and sometimes made the puffiness worse. This product was a true diamond for me to find. After about three days I noticed that the puffiness and dark circles had been reduced significantly. It smells great. It is lightweight and goes on very smoothly. It works under makeup and does not leave a greasy finish. I also noticed a reduction in the lines around my eyes. Out of all of the products in this line, this is DEFINITELY the one I would shell out good money for! I will absolutely buy this again and again. Thank you to Chick Advisor and Vichy for helping me find this after all of this time. :)

This is a very lightweight product that's easy to use. A little goes a long way and it absorbs fairly quick leaving my skin feeling softer and lasts throughout the day.

This product was ok . I liked that it goes on light weight and it was non greasy. I found it didn't help with making my eyes look less tired so I don't think I would buy this product.

I think this is on the upper end of the price I would pay for an eye balm like this. Unfortunately it didn't quite live up to expectations for the price. It feels nice, especially if you keep it in the fridge, however it didn't do too much to change the puffiness in the morning, or my dreary eyes during the day.

The eye balm wasn't my favourite. I have dark circles under my eyes and didn't see a difference from when I wasn't using anything to using something.

I liked this eye balm. I didn't love it, so I wouldn't purchase it again, but it was nice on my eyes. I didn't find that it did anything for them, but it was moisturising. It was nice and light and absorbed nicely. I did have a lot of problems with the pump though. Sometimes I had to pump it at least 30 times to get anything to come out, which was irritating.
