I've been looking for a good night cream for the longest time. I'm a little bit of a makeup/skincare snob and I've exhausted a lot of the brands carried at Sephora catered to dry/dehydrated skin. There are some good ones out there but invariably they'll be too rich, or won't soak into the skin, or too light, etc.

I was actually surprised at how good this product was! It's actually cheaper than a lot of the others I have sitting at home (PTR, Caudalie, Algenist, etc) but i really liked it.

It leaves my skin feeling very smooth, but not greasy or oily. My skin felt very moisturized, yet fresh. And by the time I wake up in the morning there's no residue to clash with my makeup either.

I did try wearing it under makeup and it didn't go so well. My makeup overall looked greasy / muddy. I'm not taking points off for that because I don't think it's intended to be worn during the day.

I got this product c/o Chickadvisor and Vichy but I will absolutely be purchasing this once I run out. This is by far one of the best night creams I've tried. I highly recommend it to the dry/dehydrated girls out there looking for the perfect night cream.

I received this product for free through Chick Advisor's product review club. I have been using this cream for about two weeks now and I am in love with it. The transformation in my skin is unbelievable. I had pretty dry skin and I started using this day and night and all of my dry patches disappeared. The texture is great, it didn't clog my pores. I am a big fan of this cream! Thank you Vichy!

I received this product for free from Vichy and Chick Advisor in exchange for my honest review. I think this product will be great for some, but not for me. It is not nearly hydrating enough for my super dry skin and I hate the scent. If you are someone that doesn't like strongly scented moisturizers, I would say to stay away from this one. It does have a nice consistency and there is a good amount of product. I really wish it was in a pump as I just find it more hygienic. I also found that it played funny under certain foundations and I really had to make sure it was completely dry (half an hour) before applying anything on top.

I received this product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I like everything about this product except price. Given that it is just a basic moisturizer, I think $40 is too much. The jar packaging is average but I like the color (white), texture (not too thick or runny), and the light scent of the cream. The product came at a time when I'm having a bad allergic reaction on my face (I'm not sure to what) so I was hoping this product would help calm and hydrate my skin better (the anti-age lotion that I usually use was not helping). This cream spread on very easily (did not need to use much pressure and did not need to use a lot) and I felt hydrated longer than most of the other creams I've tried. I think if I didn't have my current skin condition, the cream would've kept me hydrated all day. The cream also didn't leave a sticky and/or grainy residue. I usually use a lot of products in my skin routine. However, for testing this product and due to my skin condition, I limited my routine to 1) Pureté Thermale Purifying Foaming Radiance Revealer; 2) SK-II Facial Treatment Essence; 3) this cream. My skin seems to be slowly recovering with this routine.

La crème est douce et sans réaction causé par les allergies, par contre ayant la peau très sèche j'ai quand même remarqué que je ne peux pas l'utiliser chaque jour car je reste avec la peau très grasse après 5 jours d'utilisation, je la crois un peu lourde pour ma peau mais j'adore la texture et l'odeur! I was lucky enough to be one of those chosen for the Vichy Skincare Super Panel. I received Routine #5 - Hydration (Dry Skin) to test out.

It's the price is high, but it really delivers. There are plenty of other expensive creams out there that I found didn't perform as well. I found it to be non-greasy, no strong scent, smooths onto the skin of the face really nicely. It disappears in moments, but makes the skin super soft right away. With continued use, I noticed my skin hydration was greatly improved, the texture and tone was better. It's now my go-to cream for my face and I will stay with it.

Two words: shea butter.

Shea Butter is a wonderful ingredient for those with chapped/sensitive/red/dried out skin, and you can definitely feel its benefits when using this cream. This cream has a neutralizing effect on the skin. It sinks into the skin (you would be surprised how many "hydrating" creams I've tested in the past that flake off and are unable to penetrate the skin's surface), and doesn't leave behind a sticky/greasy residue. This product scores some points with me for the nice light scent. I'm also a fan of the packaging (the jar comes with a mirror on top of the cap.. very unique). This product's price point falls well below that of an expensive department store cream, and arguably has better results as well. That said, there are still some very solid hydrating creams on the market that fall below this price point (the night and day creams from Body Shop's aloe line for example). However, if you consider the fact that this cream acts as BOTH a night and day cream, then you can easily justify the price.

I'm a fan, and I'd like to think I know a thing or two about creams intended for dry skin. Well done, Vichy!

I super love this cream! I finally found the moisturizer that works for me. It keeps my skin well hydrated without feeling greasy or oily throughout the day. It also makes my skin softer and smoother. I would definitely purchase this again.

The cream smell amazing. The texture is so smooth and the hydratation is fast and effective! I put it twice a day, morning and nigh, and my skin feel amazingly alive. I would defenitely recommand it to everyone with skin normal to dry!
