Good find
First time using this and it was very good and actually good for the price, thought it wasn’t gonna be cheap stuff but turned out to be amazing! Definitely buying again
This concealer lasts forever. I purchased this a year ago and still have half a stick left. It is pricey but it's a good product. I like that it doesn't take up a lot of space in my makeup drawer and it is very lightweight
Absolutely works, does what it says. I have a lot of sun damage, it covers! I have a few teen age boo boo mark scars, it covers! It also takes care of any redness on the skin. It's smooth and glides on. I like using a brush to apply. It has longevity, you don't have to worry about it disappearing in two hours. Recommend.
This is the best and most effective concealer I have used. I have tried others but keep going back. This high pigmented concealer covers everything from lines to blemishes and stays put. It does not look put on.
This is an amazing concealer for ANYTHING. It covers tattoos, really bad pigmentation, scars, literally any discoloration, this will cover. It is more coverage than the dermablend foundation, which is already very high coverage, but this is slightly thicker. This also lasts a very long time, and is completely waterproof.
I've tried all different brands of concealers, most recently Nars and Makeup Forever and wasn't satisfied. This was recommended to me by the consultant at Shoppers and I think it is the best of them all. It hides my dark circles well and really matches my skin tone. I don't find it drying or cakey like most concealers. You only need to apply a small amount. It is expensive but lasts a long time.
I am a big fan of this concealer.
It was recommended to me by the beauty consultant at shopper's and i was skeptical about it at first. HOwever, when I put it on, it covered my dark circles perfectly. I found in the past, other concealers would make your under eyes lighter then your face making it look unatural. But this blends perfectly and last for the entire day.
The price tag may be a little more pricier then others but you do not need that much and mine has lasted for more then a year (and i wear it every day!!)
Definitely worth a try if you are looking for something that is natural but covers those spots :)
I bought this item when it was on sale, so I am not sure about it's regular price. I bought it in number 20 Nude. What I like about it is you don't have to use very much of it and it seems to cover well.
Disclaimer: Please note that this review starts similarly to the one for the Vichy NormaTeint Foundation, but I promise the content is different. I just came upon the products in the same way, hence the start of the story being similar.
Like many others out there, throughout my late teens and early 20's I bought lower-end brands of makeup such as Cover Girl because they were cheap and got the job done. However, in my late 20's my skin became very oil prone and my usual concealers and foundations started giving me bumps and acne. After applying makeup in the morning, even with concealer and powder, my face was shiny as a mirror by mid-day, and I would have to pile up the powder two or three times a day.
One day at the store I was looking for a "hard-core" concealer to hide my new face bumps and I came upon the Vichy Dermablend Skin Concealer. For me, spending more than $15.00 on makeup was unheard of since I am a thrifty shopper, but I was willing to "splurge" on this concealer because I was part of a Wedding Party and I didn't want my red spots to show in pictures. Long story short, the Vichy Concealer was *amazing*. It covered all the spots thoroughly, lasted for ages, and a tiny dot was enough to cover any blemishes. I loved this product so much that I decided to invest on the Vichy Foundation too and my experience was extremely positive with both products.
The Vichy Dermablend Concealer has a thick, foundation-type cream with very high concentrations of pigment, so the coverage is really great. The concealer starts of liquid but very quickly it sets and matte-fyes on your face. I thought the product was expensive at first but after using it I changed my mind. The product can sustain long-term wear (8-10 hours), lasts for a long time (one tube, more than 6 months, since it is used only for spot treatments), and it improved my skin condition tremendously.
This concealer can be used for spot treatments to cover blemishes, pimples, marks, or dark circles under your eyes, but it really shouldn't be used as a foundation. I was tempted to use it as such because the coverage was just so amazing but the cream is too thick to spread evenly over an extended area. If you want a foundation, pair this up with the Vichy Dermablend Foundation or the Vichy NormaTeint Foundation and you will have an unbeatable combo. Also, using these products together saved me the money I was going to spend on an anti-shine primer for my T-zone, so it was worth it just to save on that. The Vichy Concealer is also allergy-tested, oil-free and non-comedogenic.
For those of you hesitant about this product, I can tell you that it is worth spending the 20 to 30 dollars it costs rather than throw away 3 different packs of cheap concealers because your face is an oily and pimpled mess. Its more pricey, but its worth it! If you want to try it out at first, approach the makeup counter at Shopper's Drug Mart (Canada) and ask for a sample. They don't advertise the samples much, but you can totally get small tryout sachets for *free*. Since you're gonna drop more money than you would on a "regular" store product, you should definitively get a test sample first to match the shade of your skin.
Overall: Super Buy! Try It Out!
