Smooth serum, smooth face?

I got this to help moisturize my eyes and face, and it definitely feels like it’s adding moisture to my face, but I don’t know if it’s working as fast as I would expect it to. It has a pleasant scent to it and isn’t too thin, so it’s not running off your face as soon as you put it on. Would recommend trying it at least once.
