Makes my eyes burn and my skin feels SO oily

I really wanted to love this Vichy sunscreen... I got the face sunscreen that is spf 60 so I was really excited. I heard so many good things about it and I was initially so impressed about how well it goes onto the face and the minimal white cast that it gives (although there still is some, I have olive brown skin). I tried it out in the summer and whenever I went outside the sunscreen would bleed into my eyes and sting like craaaazy! Nonetheless, I still used it and tried a different application where I didn't put much into my eyes and low and behold when I sweat it still stung :/. If that wasn't problem enough, it made my skin feel SOOOO oily and gross, and I had so many breakouts that summer. I wish I connected the dots sooner and stopped using it right away. I know it has a high SPF but at what cost...
