Vichy Day Cream

Vichy Day cream for normal-combination skin, looks beautiful in it's package. The product looks rich and inviting. As for the product use. I did like the amount of moisture that it provided my skin. I did not love the smell of the product though, I found it quite floral and I would not recommend this to anyone with sent sensitivities.

Too Flaky

I was so excited to try this face cream. I really wanted it to become my new day time moisturizer, but it just wasn't the right product for me.
This would have worked well as a fast absorbing moisturizer, except that it flakes off during application. The formula is a nice, creamy consistency, but it kept creating moisturizer flakes all over my face and hands every time I applied it. Even when I tried to apply it strictly to my hands, everything I touched enjoyed a flurry of moisturizer snowflakes.

Cream for easy use

Easy to use cream that is easily absorbed. Unsure of texture as have become accustomed to my regular day cream. Skin feels supple and soft. Would consider using again.

Bon mais pas pour moi

J'ai adoré cette crème. Douce, crémeuse riche et elle sent le ciel!! Malheureusement elle ne conviens pas à ma. Peau et j'ai du cesser l'emploi. Je la recommande malgré tout!!

Loving Vichy!!

The container is so awesome. It is the perfect shape and size. The best part is the mirror on top - never realized how handy it could be. I love using it. The product smells amazing. It is just a light blueberry smell with a hint of floral. The product goes on smooth and there is no residue. It makes my face look amazing and stays hydrated all day long. This product is great for sensitive skin as it is very gentle. It has evened my complexion and gives me a glow. I don't have to wear make up as it minimizes my pores and fine lines. Absolutely love Vichy products. #gotitfree

Great product. Not a day cream

As my title says, I used it more at night time as I found it a tad heavier than I would like for a day cream. It absorbed well and doesn't leave a greasy feeling but the thickness of the texture doesn't sit well with me as I sweat a lot during the summers. Perhaps winter days could work but we'll see.
I do like the scent, it reminds me more of roses rather than berries but in a more perfumed way which I find vichy does a lot but it's not so strong that it bothers me.
I do like the brand tho and do recommend this. I received this free to try from chickadvisor.

Great but not wow!

I don't really like the texture.The cream is too rich for my skin.Not a big fan of the smell.It's too strong.C'est une bonne crème hydratante mais je l'utiliserais plus l'hiver.Je l'utiliserais en combinaison avec le sérum Idéalia.#gotitfree#chickadvisor#vichy

a lightweight cream

The cream is lightweight and slightly scented. It's pleasant to my combination skin and absorbs well. But after using it day and night for 2 weeks, I don't see any positive difference to my skin. It's a nice cream, just maybe not the most suitable cream for my skin type.

Good product, way too scented

I enjoyed this product from Vichy, much better than I did the serum. The consistency of the product is very light and I feel that it moisturizes well.

I do feel my my skin is smoother, so I attribute this effect to using this moisturizer rather than the serum that I also received from from the ChickAdvisor product review club. I very much like this product, but the scent is still too strong to me, but not because of the amount of scent. It's because it smells like roses. That smell was always headache inducing in me.

I would purchase this product again IF there was a different scent, something more fresh smelling rather than floral. The major reason for the reduced score is the scent.

However, I'm pretty sure I'm not their target demographic as I'm 36 and haven't felt quite yet that I'm in need of an anti-aging product. So maybe older women do prefer this rose scent, but I definitely do not. But who knows, maybe women my age do in fact start early on the anti-aging line.

I would like to try other products from Vichy, but this line because of the scent is not for me.

Bonne crème pour les peaux normales à sèches

J'ai reçu ce produit gratuitement de @chickadvisor afin de donner mon honnête opinion alors le voici:
Contrairement au sérum que j'ai aussi reçu, la crème de jour Idéalia de Vichy portait la mention pour peaux normales-mixtes. J'ai aimé la crème (odeur magnifique comme tous les produits Vichy) la seule chose est que pour moi une peau mixte veut dire zones grasses et sèches. Ceci étant dit j'ai trouvé que la crème était quand même assez riche et crèmeuse pour mon type de peau. Je l'utiliserais plutôt en hiver quand j'ai besoin de plus d'hydratation mais l'été après le sérum elle ne s'absorbait pas aussi bien et j'avais tourjours un surplus résiduel un peu gras avant le maquillage (même en testant de plus petites quantités de produits). A mon opinion personnel (d'autres testeuses à peaux mixtes ont surement eux des expériences différentes) c'est une crème qui fournit une bonne hydratation (7 sur 10 je dirais) que je recommenderais aux peaux normales à sèches pour sa richesse mais que j'utiliserai en hiver car sur les zones grasses en été le produits n'absorbe pas beaucoup et glisse sur la surface de l'épiderme.Résumé, bon produit pour celles en recherche d'hydration moyenne à plus que moyenne.Pour les peaux mixtes je m'attends à une crème qui hydrate tout en ayant une formule d'absortion rapide et un peu plus légère. Beau produit, mauvaise cible?
