Great weekly refresh

Great weekly refresh ... I already use the Idealia line so I was happy to get sent this product for free to try out and incorporate this into my routine.

Since it’s a peel, I only use this once every 2 weeks or so and make sure I wear SPF afterwards so I don’t get sun damage. Since it’s a peel it does kind of take off old layers of skin leaving new skin a bit more exposed.

The result is glowy dewy soft skin that looks younger and gives my dull skin a bit of pep! It’s a nice feeling but not for everyday use, I would use this max once a week.

Effective product with one drawback...

I received the VICHY IDÉALIA RADIANCE ACTIVATING NIGHT PEELING CARE from @VichyCanada and @ChickAdvisor to try due to some issues with uneven texture and dullness on my winter-weary skin. This product is like an essence, applied after cleansing and before serums and moisturizers. As with most Vichy products, it is packaged beautifully in a deep burgundy glass bottle.

I don't have extremely sensitive skin, but I did find that I personally had better luck using this product sparingly only on areas that I felt I really needed it most, instead of over my entire face. It has a pleasant, almost fruity scent, very faint. After several days I did notice my skin feeling smoother and looking more even in texture.

The only drawback for me is that alcohol is the second listed ingredient after water, and to me that isn't an ingredient that I feel is necessary, particularly in skincare and especially on the face. I picked up a glycolic acid toner which has no alcohol in the ingredients, and tend to avoid ones that do. I'll still continue to use the Vichy Idéalia, and it is a good product (Vichy makes some of the best skincare that I've tried). Just be sure to be diligent with using moisturizer if you have sensitive skin, don't overuse it, and tailor use to the areas of your face that will really benefit from it. #vichyloverca #gotitfree

Radiance Activating!

I was chosen as one of the Vichy ambassadors. I received this product, the Idealia Radiance Activating Night Peeling Care. I was excited to receive this product since I am dealing with marks/spots and dull skin (especially after winter) so this was a product I was interested in using especially since it has glycolic acid *which helps with exofoliation of the skin and reducing marks). I also noticed some wrinkles on my forehead so was interested in seeing if those could be reduced or minimized. The product itself comes in a clear bottle that is typical of vichy products (very clean looking). I think it is a dark red colour and smells of blueberries (which makes sense since blueberry polyphenols is listed in the product). You apply it on your face using a cotton swab at nighttime. A caution when using this product is to ensure you use sunscreen during the day time (which I am already doing so it was no change for me). I noticed immediately after the first use the next day my skin seemed brighter (less dull). In terms of marks from acne I haven't noticed any significant changes yet (however I have only been using the product for about a week). I noticed the product sells for about $40 which seems to be the median price for these kind of products.
The reason I noted that I would probably purchase this again is just because I have only been using it for about a week so I cannot particularly judge the longterm effects. I'm realistic in my expectations about any product and don't expect magic to occur over night. I will continue to use the product until it is finished and assess from there. But I am a fan of vichy products and for this product the prognosis is so far so good!

I've been trying this product for a few days now and i like it! (I reaallllly don't like the smell of it though, i feel like it smells like cough syrup) It also seems to be doing good things to my skin as it more clear and unified.

Peau plus radieuse

J'ai reçu ce produit gratuitement avec chickadvisor. C'est un produit liquide qui s'applique facilement avec un tampon démaquillant. Son odeur est agréable. De plus, il n'est pas agressant pour la peau. Après l'avoir utilisé, j'ai trouvé que ma peau était plus douce et plus lisse. J'ai hâte de voir les effets à long terme.

Beautiful Product

This is the first time I’ve used a product like this so I can’t compare it to anything. It came in the mail and unfortunately was frozen solid :( so I had to wait. I love the packaging I feel a little like a diva using this product like it’s something way too expensive for me, so pretty! It smells lovely, easy to apply, it’s not drying at all or sticky which is nice, it goes on easy and smooth. It did not cause any skin issues or breakouts. I haven’t used it long enough to notice any significant results yet but I had to get this review in so I am going to keep using it and will submit another one soon.

Peau de velours

J'ai reçu gratuitement ce produit pour essai et j'ai juste eu la chance de l'essayer une nuit mais déjà ma peau est plus radieuse et douce. Pour ce qui est de l'uniformité de mon teint je n'ai pas vraiment vu de différence mais peut-être qu'après quelques nuits je devrais commencer à voir les résultats? Je vous reviendrais avec ça.
Sa texture est liquide, non grasse et sans parfum alors facilement applicable et agréable. Je pense que ça pourrait être un produit assez efficace mais je vous dirais ça dans quelques jours ! 😉

Good Product

I purchased this product a couple months ago and use it whenever I need a pick me up. It was a little costly. I use it at night after my toner and I am always surprised at what extra dirt and grime still comes off. Good product, smells amazing.

i use this cream everyday before to go to bed and since then my skin is not dry anymore. I definitely recommend this lovely cream and this is high quality.

I recommend buying this peel

I just added this peel to my nightly routine and I love how my face feels in the morning. It’s smooth and soft and not greasy as it would normally be. I just started using this product so I’m excited to see he long term effects!
