I enjoyed getting a free bottle to sample. The lotion feels nice on the skin, hydrates well and shimmers a bit. The smell could definantly be better and smell is huge for me. Also the price is high. I would not have bought it on my own and likely not to repurchase.

The smell was a little odd but it left my skin very soft feeling for most of the day and had a nice shimmery effect. I wouldn't use this product on a regular basis just because of the high price tag

This product is meant to provide continuous 24 hour body hydration but I find it keeps my skin hydrated for about 12 hours. I usually shower at night, so by the time I wake up and have spent my morning at work, my skin might feel dry again - especially in the colder months, I wouldn't use this product. Nonetheless the product goes on very nicely, it also has a bit of a shimmer****, and it definitely makes my skin soft!!! The smell was a little old ladyish for me, but other than that I definitely recommend this product :)

I received a free bottle of the Vichy Ideal Body Milk thanks to ChickAdvisor. It has light smell which I was grateful for because I don't like overly perfumed products. I like that I can use it right out of the shower and I used it mainly on my legs because I have dry skin there. It worked for the most part, most of my dry skin bumps went away, but not all. The creaminess of the milk is wonderful and I liked how it easy it was to apply. I don't think it is worth the price. I have tried other body milks that have done the same thing and have been a lot less to buy.

I found this product to be unappealing. It didn't smell nice and it was a bit greasy feeling when it went on. The packaging was quite dull. Overall, I thought it was very average. I won't be buying this product.

I give this 3/5 because I cannot go without applying more lotion, im black, my skin is thick
I need moisture and thickness, its not that its too thin, it just needs to be more moisturizing

This product was one of three that I received for free from Vichy through Chick Advisor to review.

The product was easy to use. Nicely shaped Bottle. Easy to handle. Pleasant scent. Similar to that of the Shower Gel-Cream.

Here's what I wasn't sure about.
The way it felt in my hand. It felt almost sticky. It's really hard to explain. It's thin & goes on easily, but feels almost sticky in the hand, but once it's on the skin, it's no longer sticky. It did absorb very nicely into my skin.
I did NOT like the price. I think that $29.95 for this product or any product like this is an absolute rip off!!! I would NEVER pay that much & I don't think anyone else should either.
This is especially because I think that although I liked this product, I could get the same results from any of my other creams.

For instance I bought a pack with 2 bottles of Aveno for about $15. They are about twice the size & the feeling of being moisturized lasts much longer with them than with this product. Even Curel, St. Ives or Nivea would do the same job for one quarter of the price.

Sorry Vichy, but though #VichyWorksForMe I can't work enough to be able to afford this price!

So I have been using this body cream for over 2 weeks now on a daily basis . I haven't noticed anything special about it . In a positive note I really enjoyed the smell ! It was very clean, crisp and refreshing . At the end of the day it works like a normal body cream . No difference to my 2.99 st.ives .

I found this lotion to feel wet and had a smell that would appeal to a much older audience. It worked for a lotion and did end up leaving skin feeling nice but I did not find it any better then many other lotions I've tried.

I didn't enjoy this as much as I thought I would. It left my skin feeling really oily and uncomfortable. I was really hoping to like this product as it's the first time I've tried a Vichy product and heard great things about it.
And oh my goodness the smell, I can't stand the smell on all 3 products I received. The scent is something I can't describe but I am not a fan of it and that's probably why I couldn't enjoy the product that much.
Hopefully not all Vichy products have this scent.
