Whilst I like Vichy Ideal Body Replumping Lip Balm, I am not certain whether I can justify paying so much for a lipbalm. The product goes on well, has a pleasant scent and keeps my lips moisturized, but whilst it does the job, I find myself questioning whether there is enough of a difference to purchase, compared to other cheaper lip balms.

Total disclosure, Vichy selected me to test 3 products. This was one of them & with my brutal honesty I'll probably never be asked to do it again! LOL

The Product (though free to me) cost $15.00 I find this far too expensive for a lip balm.

It comes in a squeeze tube so you could definitely get every last bit out of it. That's great.

It comes out in a consistency similar to that of Vaseline & feels similar once it's on your lips. It has a slight scent of what I think it Rose. Not one of my fav scents but it is very subtle & not that noticeable.

It definitely makes your lips feel nice, smooth etc... when you put it on, but I don't feel that they were "plumped" as the product name suggests.

I also felt that my lips were slightly drier than normal when I wasn't using it. In fact I had to stop using it for a few times & switch back to my regular lip balm because my lips felt so tight & dried out.

I wouldn't buy this product in future because of it's price & it's ineffectiveness. I am a HUGE fan of lip balm. I have found that this product wasn't any better than some of the others that I have that are less expensive drug store brands.

Sorry Vichy. But not this time :-(

Il laisse un beau fini satiné aux lèvres. Il n'est pas collant et reste en place assez longtemps .
Par contre, je ne peux pas dire que ce produit est un coup de cœur pour moi.
Je connais d'autres produits qui font le même effet sur les lèvres .

De plus , je le trouve quand même dispendieux pour un baume à lèvre .

The Vichy replumping Lip Balm sample I received, didn't seem to do much to my lips. I thought maybe it was just me but no one noticed any difference in my lips either. It did leave my lips feeling nice though.

I liked this product quite a bit. It was a smooth application and my lips felt refreshed. It did not dry out and there was no burning sensation. I tend to use lip balms more in the winter so looking forward to its benefits more in the coming months.

I received this product part of the Chick Advisor review club. I must say I have mixed feelings about this lip balm. First of all, I like that this is different than any other lip balm I’ve tried and it gives me some good plumping lips (because of the silicone). I like the sensation on the lips. This is also a good product to use before liquid lipstick. It also good when you use it alone with no other lip product. It goes on smoothly on the lips and can last thru snacks.

However, my issue was the more I use it, the more I got mad dry lips. Like I haven’t exfoliated my lips in months. So I had to stop using it. If it wasn’t for that I would have given 4stars.

My lips get dry instantly, I have tried lots of lip balm and still trying lots so I can find a good one. I felt Vichy Ideal Body Replumping Lip Balm is same like other lip balm in market , but the cost of this a very high as compared to other .It keeps my lips soft and nice for few minutes and after some time my lips are dry again.

I have very dry lips that I constantly reapply lip balm throughout the day. The replumping lip balm was nice, the fragrance was very light, and I did like the packaging of the product. For my lips though I felt no difference, and for the premium price I personally would not have bought it. Will it felt good on my lips, after a while I didn't feel like it had a plumping effect, and it was not as moisturizing as I would have liked.

This product is very hydrating but i did not get a plumping effect. The taste of the lip balm i found to be unpleasant and for the price I want a better quality product.

I really liked this lip balm. Minimal scent, light feeling, & moisturizes for a long time. Just a slight sheen too. I never noticed any 'plumping', but am not disappointed over it. If this lip balm wasn't so bloody expensive, I would definitely purchase it. However, at its current price there ain't a hope in hell I'll pay that for lip balm!
