This lip balm may be quite effective used under lipstick but I did not use it for this purpose. I wanted to test this for just its effectiveness as a lip balm.
It was all right but I thought it was too much on the liquid site and felt kind of oily.
I did not like the taste and because it was so thin and runny, it would get into my mouth.
It did help with dryness and keeping my lips moisturized as the summer air conditioning at work seems to dry out my lips a bit. They were soft but I didn't notice them being 'plumper' if that was in fact supposed to happen based on the moniker. On my lips, I found it did not stay on as much as some of the harder stick type lip balms.
But I guess I am comparing apples to oranges. Subjectively, I prefer the harder balms.
I think this would probably be great as undercoat for your lips but on its own, I've found other items to work better for me. I would have also preferred if it included spf.

This product did make my lips smooth, soft and was comfortable. The texture was different, but in a neutral kind of way. The only downfall was that it never felt the replumping. So when I compare this product to my current holy grail, the Best Damn Beauty lip mask, it doesn't come close.
I tend to have dry lips. When I received this product from Chick Advisor, I was super excited to try it out. The things I like about this are: the consistency (it's really smooth and feels great on the lips), the packaging (it comes in a squeeze tube that's easy to control and I think is very sanitary), and the initial feeling (my lips definitely feel moisturized and they make my lips look really supple). The down side that I have to say about this product is that it does not last long. I find myself having to apply this constantly to keep my lips moisturized. This is an OK type of product for me.
I received the product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. Vichy's lip balm soothes the lips, without being sticky. The scent was also very pleasing without being overbearing. However, I was on the fence with this product because for the price, Vaseline can achieve the same results, so for that reason I would not repurchase this product.
I live by having lip balm with me at all times. Having chapped and dry lips is one of the most irritating things to have and so having a really good lip balm that moisturizes and keeps your lips hydrated for a long time is essential. When I saw that there was a lip balm in the Vichy kit to test out, I was intrigued and excited to try the product. There's a light and subtle scent to the lip balm and the consistency resembles one of a serum, gel-like but smooth when you smack your lips together. Prior to starting my makeup routine in the morning, I apply the Replumping Lip Balm and continue with the rest of my face. Ten minutes or so later, I feel my lips become dry and I have to reapply the lip balm. I was disappointed that it didn't have a longer lasting effect because at the first application, my lips felt so soft but they dried up quickly. Although the scent and consistency are nice, the fact that it doesn't restore moisture into my lips for more than 10 minutes unfortunately makes this product one that I wouldn't purchase in the future.
I was lucky enough to #getitfree through the Vichy Super Review Panel. I was very excited to try Vichy as I usually don't purchase body care products at their price point. The lip balm was a nice light scent and the texture was good and moisturizing, with no greasiness. I would splurge and purchase this lip balm when this freebie runs out.
This product claims to be super moisturizing and give you smooth, soft comfort all day long. I am very picky with lip products as I find a lot of them tend to dry out my lips...I will say that this did not do that. However, I do not think the effects last anywhere close to "all day long." I did not find my lips to be replumped at all and for $15 for only 15ml of product, I would expect this to be a lot better. I found the scent made my mouth taste like soap and it was very unpleasant.
I only tested this product once. I wasn't a big fan of it. I like having lip balms that are a solid - not liquid. Liquids always make me feel greasy or there's too much product. I still have it and intend to use it - but not an item that's part of the line I would purchase
I received this product at no charge in the Chick Advisor box. I was quite confused about this product, the name of the product is called the Vichy Replumping Lip Balm. When you read what the product is supposed to do it tells you "triple action for dry damaged lips: smoothness, softness and comfort all day long." The name would suggest it's a plumping lip balm but it does not plump. I felt this product had a texture similar to Vaseline which I disliked. For $15.00 it's far over priced and I did not have comfort all day long, I had to reapply multiple times and my lips still felt dry at the end of the day.
This is a smooth formula with a light pleasant smell and a glossy finish. It provides you with smooth and soft lips, however it does not stay long on your lips so I found myself reapplying after just an hour. While it didn't stay long on my lips, my lips were soft and smooth, however I feel that there were no long-term benefits or spectular and unique benfits of this balm to justify the price point of $15.00 for 15mL. While I love the balm, unfortunately due the high price point, I cannot say that #VichyWorksForMe
