The serum is very light, not heavy and a little goes a a long way. If you have sensitive skin it is suggested that you do a patch test on your inner wrist before purchasing; I found that there was a tingling sensation on my face when I used it. Some may find this product to be a bit pricey but the quality definitely makes up for the splurge of purchasing it. It was an honour to be able to test this product and to be able to feel the amazing quality.

The first thing that surprised me about this serum was that it was a cream based serum. I'm used to my regular vitamin C serum which is more of a fast absorbing oil base, so the Vichy Idealia Life Serum took some getting used to for me. I do wish that it absorbed more quickly, but it wasn't a huge deal that it didn't. I used this product in the mornings under my regular moisturizer. It does say that the serum can be used alone or under moisturizer. I didn't find the serum moisturizing enough to use it on its own.

After using it for two weeks I actually really liked it. I was using it along side the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep (used at night only), so I can't say for sure if this product works as well on its own as it does with the Skin Sleep. The bottom line is that my skin looks more radiant and refreshed, and feels smoother since using this product. It's a keeper!

The biggest downside for me is the cost. $59?!?! That's awfully steep, but I'll admit that the product really does work.

After using for 2 weeks I have noticed that my pores look less visible, my skin tone has improved and my skin just looks better over all. A few times I have mixed it right in with my foundation to give my skin a hint of a summer glow!

I liked this serum but i used during the day only. Why ? Well since it's all kind of shiny/sparkly i didn't think it would be that useful to use it at night and i tried to combine it with Skin sleep, the ( most awesome ) night cream and it kind of stayed sticky a lil'bit. Guess my skin wasn't up for it. But it's summer, it's hot in here. Maybe winter would have been different ?! Anyway, i used it in the morning and guess what ? I liked the glowing effect so much that after 2 weeks, when i saw a real difference on my skin ( moisturized, bye-bye fine lines, hello glow, ciao break-out ), i just stopped using foundation during the day. Yep. You heard me. I'm actually using the serum in the morning, i add aqualia as a day cream, i use skin sleep at night and i do feel and see an healthier skin ! I'll be trying the BB cream for sure.
I have a ton of blackheads on my chin from smoking and PMS and wow, the difference is huge. The smell is soothing, the texture is pleasing, the packaging is oh so cute and as a beauty consultant in a drugstore, i'll be pleased to introduce my clients to this wonderful line of skincare.

This serum is intended to be used under a moisturizer in the AM or PM, specifically with the Idealia Skin Sleep gel-balm. Through the use of gold and pink micro-pearls, the serum definitely leaves the skin shiny and illuminated immediately after use.

I used this product under my gel-balm at night, and under my Purlisse moisturizer during the day. The serum was hypoallergenic and I found it did smoothe my pores... but really nothing else. The illuminating properties of the micro-pearls was nice, but not for the price point. If you already have a serum you like (I've been using my OZ Naturals Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C serum and I like it) stick with it and skip this one.

I never use serums on my face as I usually break out in hives. I could have tested this on my face but I didn't want to risk it.

So instead I used this serum on my neck and chest. It's contained in a beautiful pump bottle and has a very pleasant but strong fragrance. It has a thin but very silky texture and applies very smoothly and dries quick. I used the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep afterwards and it glided right on. My skin looked very supply in the morning without any creases on my chest.

I will continue to use this to prevent wrinkles on my neck and chest.

I love this :) It's fantastic and it makes my skin so smooth and soft! I don't have to use a lot to get the effects, just a dab here and there morning and night and off I go! It's wonderful and thank you for choosing me as one of the testers! Incredible product!!

I really liked Vichy's Idealia life Serum and I am very happy I had the opportunity to try it. I have oily skin that can be prone to monthly break-outs so I am always a little concerned that new products will be too heavy and leave my skin looking greasy. This product was very easy and pleasant to apply with nice light silky, creamy texture and fresh scent. The product leave skin with a very subtle cosmetic radiance. I loved how my skin felt after two weeks- hydrated, pores refined and healthy. I experienced no blemishes and not excess oil. This product is a winner for me!

I love this Vicky idealism life serum. It is very lightweighted. I have combination skin and when I apply it on my face, I do not feel any grease or stickiness. It absorbs quickly. Highly recommended to everyone.

After using this serum I did notice that I had an increase of acne on my chin ( trouble Zone ) However it was very effective with evening out my skin.. I used this with Vichy Skin sleep and the results from using both in just 2 weeks was amazing.
