Now I guess, the biggest thing is the price. Now if you are willing to fork out $50 on one product I would say 4 stars. This serum smells great and goes on light and non-filmy. I noticed some slight improvements in my face after a week. I use it before I go to bed and under my makeup in the morning. I would say if I had the opportunity to get this a little cheaper than I would definitely go for. Overall I really like it. It just doesnt' justify the price to complete work it does though.

Good product, very light, easy to use and fulfill its promise.

This serum is intended to be used under a moisturizer in the AM or PM, specifically with the Idealia Skin Sleep gel-balm. Through the use of gold and pink micro-pearls, the serum definitely leaves the skin shiny and illuminated immediately after use.

I used this product under my gel-balm at night, and under my Purlisse moisturizer during the day. The serum was hypoallergenic and I found it did smoothe my pores... but really nothing else. The illuminating properties of the micro-pearls was nice, but not for the price point. If you already have a serum you like (I've been using my OZ Naturals Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C serum and I like it) stick with it and skip this one.

I could never actually afford to buy this, Ever, but I liked it for the time it lasted and made my skin feel nice. I would buy it if it was a huge discount, or if I got another sample I would use it again.

I love #IdealiaSkinSleep, I use it every night after cleansing my face. But I have not noticed such a significant change that I would purchase #VichyIdealiaLifeSerum mostly do to the cost. How ever I will continue with #VichyIdealiaSkinSleep once my free product is done. I love the way my face feels in the morning. In all honesty I do not have a lot of lines on my face for a 42 year old and once I do start seeing lines on my face I am sure I will be purchasing #IdealiaLifeSerum.

After receiving this serum alongside with the cream, I applied this serum and noticed the same pleasant floral scent and the pink highlighting/luminizing effect on my skin. The consistency feels extremely similar to a face primer and after smoothing it out, it left my skin really soft. I did not really like how I felt like I needed to apply more to my face and it comes in such little amount (30ml) only, you would use it up quite quickly. Due to the primer feel I think that is what "refines pores", other than that I did not really see results with this one. It left my skin feeling oily as well after a while.

Quite frankly, I just don't see the need for this in conjunction with the Skin Sleep night cream, given the effectiveness of the latter product. While it provides both hydration and smoother-looking skin after only a couple days, the night cream is even more effective at providing these benefits, leading me to question the need for the serum as well.

I received this product along with the repairing night balm. I didn't start to use it until a week ago. I find that it goes on smooth and I don't have a reaction to this. Sometimes I will break out depending on the heaviness of the cream. This again, went on smooth and it didn't feel greasy. I like how my skin feel after using this and I will continue to use this product. I'm undecided on whether I will purchase this in the future, as I am waiting to see if it will do what it says. I do however, see a difference in my face..the skin does look healthier and ..trying to find the right word..maybe smoother.

I received my Vichy Idealia Life Serum Lifeproof Skin Idealizer free from Chick Advisor and @ VichyCanada in exchange for my honest review. So here it is. On the instruction card that came with the product is say to apply morning and night, under your moisturizer or treatment cream. This would be far to much product on my sensitive skin so I elected to just use this product in the morning, alone and under my makeup. Again I noticed how lovely the fragrance Vichy is using in their product. It is a light scent that is not too over-powering. I really like it and I am super fussy of fragrances in beauty products. The first morning I tried this Vichy Idealia Life Serum I was very pleased how quickly it soaked into my skin. There was absolutely no greasy feeling and my skin felt softer and more nourished right after applying it. I am still using this cream and have to say that it has improved the appearance of my skin. The tone and texture is starting to look better and it might even be tightening up a bit. I don't really suffer from large pores but I can tell you that when I look in the mirror my skin is looking healthier and my pores somehow do look tighter. It might even be making me look younger. Well at least I can hope it is. Every little bit helps when you are 47. Thank @ChickAdvisor and @VichyCanada I really have enjoyed testing out #IdealiaSkinSleep and this is from a woman who hates using any type of cream on her face.

I love the bottle of this serum - a cool metallic pink, looks awesome in your bathroom. The serum itself was quite nice. It gave my skin a luminous appearance, which was pretty. However, once you add your usual moisturizer/foundation/powder routine on top, the luminosity disappears so it's almost pointless. I will say though, that my skin is acne prone usually, but while using this serum, my skin behaved very well! Minimal breakouts, perhaps it even minimized them as my skin seemed to be abnormally clear over the last month or so of use. Very impressed!
Quite expensive but may consider purchasing if my skin turns horrible after I run out of this product!
