I received the Vichy Idealia Life Serum from ChickAdvisor for free. The product packaging says it is a "Skin Idealizer Serum" and that you will get even and illuminated complexion, refined looking pores, and rested facial features. Personally, I am very particular about the scent of the products I use and as a result didn't like this one . I found it to be a very strong perfume smell and the scent did last a long time. The consistency of the product was perfect for something you can wear under makeup as it was light and absorbed quickly. The product did have a slight shimmer to it. I guess this is where the illuminated complexion comes in!?! My favourite part of this product is how it smoothed the skin for even makeup application. This would be the one reason I would buy it, but at $59 for 30mL I can't say I would rush to the store. So long and short if budget isn't an issue and you aren't scent sensitive and you need something to prime your face in the morning, then this is your product!

This potion is absolutely wonderful. It feels very smooth going on, doesn't require too much and smells pleasant without being overpowering. The only thing it could use (because my skin is very oily) is a bit of a mattefying agent to avoid shininess.

Used this serum first than skin sleep, and it was wonderful. Good combo.

This has done my skin good. I have really dried out flaky skin and most products make it worse. This however made it soft smooth and cleared my face up. It's starting to make for a nice complextion which I have not had in years.
It isn't greasy and the scent us very light which hasn't bothered me at all either which is a bonus as many other products make me breakout.
I also really liked the pink bottles. Cost is high but worth it.
I do intend to buy in the near future.

I got this FREE Vichy Idealia Life Serum as part of Chick reviews thank you for picking me. I have to say i am impressed with this little bottle it packs a powerful punch on your skin. Its sent is wounderful and not over powering at all. It's nice and smooth when i apply to my skin and it makes it so soft. I have noticed a bit of reduction in the size of my pores and love it. I recommend this product to anyone that was healthy ageless skin.

I really liked this product! I was thrilled to be chosen to try it out, and was really excited to give it a few nights/days for a proper review.

First of all, it smells wonderful without being overpowering! I get rejuvenated just with this! :) It goes on really nicely, and isn't sticky.

I have very sensitive skin so I felt that it *may* make me break out. Not the case. The quality of my skin is much improved!

The price point is steep - for about $60, I think there are likely other products less expensive that would also work. However - if you're willing to spend the money, I would suggest trying this!!

I got this product from the product review club, which was very exciting! I found it to be a bit heavy overall: I felt like it still coated my face in the morning. Also the scent was so strong as to be off putting. My skin has looked good in the two weeks of using it, but I don't know that it's dramatic enough to warrant the price tag.

not into this product to much, although my skin felt a little softer i dont think it really did anything to improve my overall skin :(

I love that you can use this serum both morning and night, I felt that helped give me a fantastic healthy glow. I did get many compliments and I thought my face looked refreshed and more even toned as well as healthy. there is a nice pleasant smell to the serum and I did not find it irritating at all. I would buy for sure

I have never been a frequent user of serums. I know they add the extra kick and makes your moisturizers more effective, but I have never added it to my skin care routine. This was a great time to start, since my skin was especially dry after not putting on face cream for a good two weeks.

The texture was typical of any other serum- more oily than creamy. I could tell that it was very hydrating as I felt like I didn't even really need to put on cream after putting the serum on. I felt that it was a great add-on to skincare routine as it helped my night cream to bind on to my skin more. I don't know if I will purchase it in the future, unless my skin was extremely dry again. Usually, my skin is hydrated enough with just a cream. However, I would definitely recommend it to anyone whose skin is dehydrated or just to replenish the moisture in your skin.
