I was extremely excited to find out that I was going to receive Vichy Idealia Life Serum for free to test & review as a companion product for the new Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep gel-balm, which was also sent to me to test & review from ChickAdvisor free of charge! With a combined retail value of $111 CAD, this was an incredible product testing opportunity that I am so pumped to be a part of! Can we just take a second to address how adorable the pink gift box is that ChickAdvisor sent these products in! Such a nice touch!
Vichy claims that this product will provide a fresh complexion, even skin tone, refined pores and rested features. So, I began using the serum immediately upon its arrival, and have been using it twice a day for two weeks now. I was astonished when after only 4 days of using this product, I was already noticing a dramatic reduction in the size of the pores in my T-zone. It caught my eye because I have one very large pore on my cheek that must have had a very large blockage at some point and no matter what I do it will not close or get smaller. On day 4 of using this serum, that especially large pore had shrunk down to a normal size. My pores have begun to get larger with age and this is the only product I've ever used that has reduced their size, and in only 4 days!? I was beyond ecstatic! I have certainly noticed that my skin is much softer and more hydrated since using this serum, and my complexion is beginning to appear more even with less dark spots.
This product comes in a gorgeous pink and silver ombre bottle with a pump that makes it easy to control how much product comes out. I noticed that the product has a pink-pearly sheen when I pumped it onto the back of my hand, I read afterwards on vichy.ca that the serum is also a radiance primer which is enriched with golden and red pearls that leave your skin glowing. Not shiny, but radiant!
This product is scented, it has a light rose or floral fragrance which to be honest kind of threw me off at first because I have sensitive skin and fragrance tends to break me out. However, this product is intended for all skin types, even sensitive skin. It is also hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and paraben-free which is very favorable in a skincare product.
Overall, I'm in love with this product. I have been recommending it to my family and brought it along with me when I went to visit my mother so she could try it out for herself (she loved it, by the way!).
I personally don't believe there is any affordable serums available that even come close to Vichy's, I am beyond sold on this product and I will be running to the store to repurchase it the second I run out! Thank you Vichy & ChickAdvisor for introducing me to my new must-have skincare product!

I absolutely LOVE Vichy Idealia Life Serum! This formula is so lightweight that it feels like I have nothing on my skin at all. After using it for just a few days, I noticed my pores were smaller, my complexion looked more even, and my skin was less red, and a lot less oily.

I am very impressed with this! Definitely recommend it, and will definitely be buying this again!

I recieved this product through the Product Review Club for free (thanks Chick Advisor!) and alongside the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep Repair Night Gel-Balm, this was my favorite serum I've worn so far. It works great under my make-up and since my skin tends to be so dry, it left my skin feeling hydrated.
I loved how this serum helps to improve skin affected by stress, overexposure to sun (which will come in handy this season), and an unbalanced diet. What's not to love??

I am so glad that I was able to try this out! It will now be part of my daily routine! Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised to find I was chosen to try out and review Idealia Life Serum for free! For 2 weeks I used this product under my moisturizer and found that It was non oily and hydrated my skin very well. I will continue to use this in the future with other Vichy products

Vichy Idealia Life serum is a good product! I would put it on in the morning and evening after washing my face and then put on Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep. My skin seemed a bit brighter and smoother. The combination of both of these Vichy products seems to work better than my old serum and cream. Today I would say that my skin is noticeably smoother, less fatigued-looking and brighter after around 2 weeks of use. I think that this product does what it promises and probably is even more effective when you combine it with Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep ( this comment is based on the fact that in my first week of use I had put the serum on my whole face and Vichy Idealia skin sleep on only half of my face and my regular evening moisturizer on the other half and saw better results with this serum on the side that had Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep on it). Try it for yourself!

I like the Vichy Idealia Life Serum for how it made my skin feel. I normally use a great moisturizer everyday and using the Vichy my skin became even softer and more vibrant. I didn't even think that was possible. The fine lines around my eyes seem improved as well. For these reasons I recommend this product. The only drawbacks I found was one, the smell. It smells quite honestly, sorta like my grandma. I can't put my finger on the scent but for me it just wasn't very pleasant. The second drawback is the price. I was lucky enough to receive this product for trial from Vichy and Chick Advisor or quite honestly I never would have tried it. If you have money to spend on this sort of product I definitely would recommend it.

I received Vichy Idealia Life Serum to test for free. What a lovely, unexpected bonus to compliment the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep. I LOVE the scent! It is so calming. It also absorbs quickly and my skin is definitely softer.. My skin is very ruddy and I have some fine lines and wrinkles in addition to vertical lines above my mouth from years of smoking. I'm not seeing much of an improvement but I'm not giving up hope since it has only been a couple of weeks since I've started using the product. I'm going to keep using this serum and I'm excited to see how it will change my skin!

There are two things that really stand out about this product. First: Love the pretty pink bottle - it is so nice that I have it out on the counter. Now that might sound silly but the advantage is that I remember to use every morning and night. Second: I love the scent. This is so important to me that it is one of the main reasons I can't use a product especially on my face. In terms of effectiveness it is hard to say if I look younger - at 52 years old I'm just trying to unsure that I manage my skin well so that I prevent it from looking too old too fast. However I have been using it every day twice a day and I think my skin looks more radiant - more full. Best of all this serum does not dry mask like so that I can apply makeup over it and not have it flake when the two products mix.

I received this product as part of the review club. Lately I have been obsessed with serums! I love how they feel on my skin as well as the way they dry so quickly, and thus have been a great addition to my morning makeup routine. This product is no exception! Firstly, like the Skin Sleep, the packaging is beautiful making the product look and feel expensive. I do prefer my serum to be fragrance free, but that is the only thing I would change about this product. This serum is perfect for summer time where you don't want to be putting a heavy product on your face, and I loved the way it felt both on and once it dried. Personally I have pretty dry skin, and I found that my skin really soaked the serum up without irritating it and allowed me to feel fresh and clean even after putting my makeup on top. Not too oily at all! This is definitely something I would recommend and I'm excited to continue using it.
