I used this along with the sleep serum. It was great. I had a slight tingling when it was on my skin but not enough to bother me and stop use. I have chronic urticaria so my skin is very sensitive. This went on well and when I woke up my skin still felt moisturized, so much so that I could feel it on my skin when I hit the shower. Works well, not a harsh fragrance and wow it feels nice on the skin. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something more than your average price night cream. I have spent more than this product cost before on other products that did not work as well.
LOVE this product so much! It's smells amazing! The texture is divine (like whipped cream, seriously)! And it makes me skin feel so amazingly soft and healthy! And it LOOKS healthier too! I'm so impressed with how well this product works! The price is a bit much, in my opinion, but you don't need much of the product at a time so it does last for quite a while, which, in a way, makes the price look a bit better. :) But it really is worth every dollar you spend in it! My skin just looks and feels so fabulous!
Wow is all I can say. I am always a bit skeptical of a new product and the claims they make. But let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I was with this product. I have a pretty stressful job and most days it can be quite the chore to look like have gotten enough sleep. On the first night I tried this I woke up looking better than I expected. Less sagging around my eyes and a bit firmer than usual. Now a week in and I will never live without this great product. Vichy you are now my forever night cream. thanks for the opportunity to try this. I dont think I would have bought it on my own.
I received the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep from Chick Advisor to try for about two weeks. I have never tried a Vichy product in the past and was generally impressed with the skin sleep product. My skin tends to be dry as I work outside on a regular basis. After using the product nightly for the two weeks I found that my skin appeared fresher and some of the 'love lines' were less noticeable.
The cream didn't have a heavy fragrance which I really liked; there was a mild, pleasant smell though. I also found the product went on easily without a really heavy, greasy feeling. That being said, I generally applied it right after washing my face for the night and just before bed. The cream contains hyaluronic acid, LHA, and vitamin B3 just to name a few. I also suspect (but don't know) that there is something alcohol-based in the product though, since I experienced a mild tingling when I applied the product for a few nights where I had an small scrape on my skin.
I will continue to purchase the product and I liked the jar that it came in, since it was pretty easy to use.
I Received the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep complimentary from Chick Advisor Product Review Club.
I was pretty excited to get the chance to try the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep because I was really looking for a little help with my skin and this cream is a bit on the pricey side so I am happy to try before I buy. It would be great if it's claims to provide radiant, smooth and rested skin upon awakening truly worked (even a bit).
The packaging is pretty, a pink jar that opens easily. As for the ingredients, it contains - Hyaluronic acid: (hydrates, re-plumps), Glycyrrhizic acid: (protects skin's natural hyaluronic acid from breakdown, ensures cellular functions), Repairing oils rich in omegas: (ensure deep moisture within the skin, restore barrier functions), Vitamin B3: (anti-inflammatory, soothing), Caffeine: (stimulates micro-circulation, drainage and cellular energy), & LHA: (exfoliates, promotes cellular renewal). The cream is also paraben-free and hypoallergenic so it should be good for all skin types. I think that covers all the basis for a great start...
The cream itself is pink and has a gel/balm texture and a light scent which is supposed to be a relaxing mix of jasmine and green tea. The scent is not my favorite but it is not strong and fades away very soon after application. I don't normally like products in jars because it immediately is exposed to the air and any contaminants that might be around as well as what ever may be on your fingers when you put them in the jar are added to the mix. I have a few extra spatulas around so I used one to get the rich cream out before applying.
When you first put it on the mask feels a bit sticky to the skin but just wait for a few minutes and then rub it in to your skin until it is fully absorbed. I don't love the tacky texture but after it just feels smooth and soft on your skin which I adore. I don't want to exaggerate but even after the first application I was impressed with how well the product worked. For this review I used it for two weeks applying about every second night and I noticed that my skin absolutely felt much softer and was definitely plumper. I think what I was most appreciated was that my skin looks vibrant, fresh and toned.
Overall I REALLY liked this product - it works so well and feels great and a little bit goes a long way.
This smells so nice. Its a little heavy so a little goes a long way. That being said it did NOT cause my skin to break out. My skin felt so soft and smooth. My undereyes actually smoothed out as did many fine lines. I will definitely be purchasing this again.
I received Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep for free to try. I have to say I love it. The packaging and colour and scent of this product is excellent.. The is even has a little mirror on the jar lid. I find this cream helps my skin look less tired in the morning ,I look like I had a great nights sleep even if I have not. The texture is light and is not greasy or heavy. Vichy make such upscale products with great prices.
I received this product to review from ChickAdvisor, and I was really pleased with it! I used it for a week in place of my regular night mask and found that it left me feeling and looking refreshed in the morning. My one issue was that I found it a bit greasy when I first applied it, and I broke out a tiny bit at first. But the scent was nice and neutral which is good for people sensitive to scents, and I think the quality for the price is great. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member who was looking for a night cream!
I began using this cream after a rather impulse purchase, because I am always looking for a good night cream to hydrate my incredibly parched skin, especially around my eyes. The container is hefty and quality, which seems to be a good sign, and there was minimal packaging. The Skin Sleep is a lightweight balm which smells quite floral. The scent is a bit clinical, but begins to dissipate soon after the cream is on to a pleasant and tolerable level. You don't need a lot in order to cover your face entirely after rubbing it in gently.
I am told that this creamy balm can be used on a semi-regular basis (as in, not every night) but as I rarely get enough sleep and am looking to hydrate my skin all the time, I will be using it nightly. It applies quite heavy and feels a bit sticky, which is an alarming feeling at first. However, when you touch your skin a couple of hours later, the balm has absorbed and the skin is incredibly soft to the touch. I have been waking up with a dewy glow. It certainly does not leave you wanting in terms of how much moisture stays with you for the entire evening.
I will certainly be using the Night Sleep for a long time to come. It is one of the few full facial cream balms that I have found that does not dry out overnight or apply too heavily that I end up breaking out. As I mentioned, I have incredibly dry skin, but at times in the year it is more combination than dry, and I often find that other night creams end up causing break outs and clogging my pores or else evaporating too quickly. Skin Sleep is the ideal balance and has not caused any issues.
