The full size bottle looks aesthetic

I purchased some vichy products from vichy.ca as well as SDM and received a few of these in bottles that differed in sizes. I have the full bottle "luxury format" one and the bottle is pretty. Been using it a lot because I feel I have plenty of it, but I am not sure it's something to write home about. In fact, last year I got a HA serum by vichy's cousin (same parent company) that was on clearance because expiry coming. Now, THAT one made a noticeable difference! I love the vichy hydrating mask in a pouch that you have to snap to mix the sheet with the serum, so maybe I'm making an unfair comparison between the two as it's hard to beat that sheet mask I got! I also feel there are more fitting serums for me out there.

nice product

i found this really liquidy and that it did not soak into my skin nicely and took a long time to soak in, i did like how hydrating it was though and that it did not break out my skin, i was recommend to someone with really dry skin who needs an extra hydrating boost

This isn't for my and my skin type...

It says to use morning and night as part of your care routine. I was hoping it would help with moisturizing and help my skin all together. Except I have very problematic skin..acne, eczema, dark spots, areas with large pores...I find my skin has become dry and oily. I'm sure for someone without so many skin issues this would work great but it's just not for me. ☹️

The product is effective if you use it religiously

The serum is quite nourishing and if applied daily it does show the result. Skin feels hydrated.The product is quite expensive although i would not complain of about the effectiveness of the product.

I don't feel my skyn hydrated

I have been using it for 5 months and I don't feel my skin hydrated. I'm insisting because everyone speaks very well about the product, but I can not feel the promised effect.

Left me wanting more

The product goes on smooth and has a serum like consistency. I didn't really notice any difference in my skin after using this product.

Not expensive, but kind of useless

I got this as a sample so I admit that I did not use it for more than four or five days. Perhaps if I had used it longer I would have seen more of an effect. I unfortunately did not notice many benefits of this product. It feels very fresh on my skin, but if I put foundation on over it, it and the makeup rolled off in my fingers making me feel like I had a layer of stuff on my face. I ended up using it only on days that I wasn't wearing makeup, and that was fine but not ideal.

The product itself is fine; however, I must disclose that I do not support L'Oréal as a brand. While they have made a statement saying they do not test their ingredients on animals, they do however sell into Mainland China, who requires animal testing on many imported products. Vichy Laboratories is one of their brands that has not been certified by PETA or Leaping Bunny as Cruelty-Free. Until L'Oréal chooses to stop doing business with countries that require animal testing, I cannot recommend this product.

Good moisture, beautiful package

I dunno if selling the fact that it's 89% water does anything from me, but I do like the fact that it is very lightweight and seems to be very moisturising. I use it in the morning after washing my face and before applying moisturiser.

I don't get the hype

I used this at least once a day until the whole bottle ran out, and I don't get the hype. I'm familiar with hyaluronic acid serums and was looking for an effective one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. This serum absorbs fast as described (not as fast as an essence though) and sinks into the skin. However, I felt that it left behind a layer that somehow made some gel moisturizers and primers pill off my face!

My skin was more hydrated than if I didn't use it, but I see no visible improvements over time. This is a daily, inexpensive quick fix but I will look for something different.

Yes, but no...

Recently received this as a sample ! I do have to admit that my skin felt nice and fresh after using it. My only concern is the texture on my dry skin! It’s like a gel but that dries really quickly. Then again, it’s difficult to judge from only one application!
