This cleansing gel is great for removing makeup. At first I didn't like it, as I felt it didn't lather well. But the trick is to rub it with your hands before putting it on your face. But I felt that it only worked well if I used 3-4 pumps, which in turn doesn't make this item last that long. My skin does feel great afterwards. But for an overall value I will have to buy it on sale.

I enjoy using this product as it is not drying to my skin, but gets it clean. I use this with makeup on at night and it removed it very well. Anything it doesn't get, gets caught by the toner.

I originally broke out when using this, which is normal when I try new skin care but I held off reviewing it as a result. Now that I have been using it for a few weeks, I love it.
Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel is gentle (doesn't even sting the eyes) but really effective once your skin is used to it.
One pump is enough for your face, so don't be put off by the $20 price tag, it lasts longer than many cheaper cleansers and left my skin mattified but not dried out after use. It is surprising that one pump is enough as it does not foam much and keeps more of a gel like consistency during use yet really gets your face clean.

Very foamy and smells very fresh, leaves your skin feeling soft and clean. I would highly recommend this product for others with combination and acne prone skin it's excellent with sensitivity as well

Hmm, I was quite unsure about this product. Yes, it made my face feel clearer, but it left an unpleasant scent and a feeling of dryness. Not sure if it was just my own skin that did not suit the product, or that the product was not effective.

I got to review this product through Chickadvisor.com and was very happy this face wash. It was very light and foamed just enough to make your face feel clean and fresh. It didn't make face feel dry at all, which a lot of acne soaps do. I would definitely recommend and use this product.

I didn't notice a reduction in acne or a difference in pore size/redness, but this cleanser did work well to remove makeup in the evening, and that gross greasy morning feel as well. It definitely did a great job at cleaning my skin without leaving my skin feeling tight and dry afterwards.

I was able to try this product for free as part of the product review club. I actually used vichy normaderm more than 10 years ago and was excited to try it again! The product is very sleek looking and is in a gel form, you only need a little (one pump) to cover your entire face. After washing your face feels very refreshed. Despite salicylic acid being an ingredient i did not find th eproduct to be drying at all. I did experience some breakouts while using the product but i'll reserve my judgment on it's effectiveness until I have used it a bit longer. It even smells great. he only drawback I have is the pricepoint, but then again all vichy products are a bit on the expensive side.

I received this product free from ChickAdvisor. I had previously been using Bioré Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser and I was very happy with the results of that product. I used the Vichy Normaderm line (purifying gel, pore-tightening lotion and anti-acne treatment) morning and night for several weeks and I did notice a visible change; My pores are smaller and I have been much less acne-prone since. It's tough to say which of these products I can attribute the improvement to though. I enjoyed using this purifying gel, but I'm not sure I would spend the extra money to buy it again. However, I would definitely recommend trying the Vichy Normaderm Corrective Anti-Acne 24H Hydrating lotion.

I used this product since I got it 4-5 weeks ago. I love the pump as it is easy to get the product out. The overall product is gentle! I had no problems with breakouts or redness, it did the complete opposite! I highly recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin or combination skin.
