Good but not the best
The product its not that cheap and delivers the result expected, cleans the skin and doesn’t leave the dry aspect, but we can find another product less expensive to give us the same results, so its not that wow!
Didn't work for me
I really wished that I liked this product! I received it for free from ChickAdvisor to try. I'm always looking to try new products for acne as I have extremely finicky skin. It's combination so it's either dry or oily, whatever it feels like doing that day haha. I have regular breakouts on my forehead. I've thus far only found one product that seems to work on it and unfortunately this wasn't it! Here's my pros and cons:
Pros:
- smells amazing
- light clean smell that's not overpowering
- easy dispense bottle
- foams nicely
Cons
- dried my skin out
- caused many more breakouts
Again,I wish this product was effective in clearing up my skin as I really loved using it but unfortunately it did the opposite. A no go for me!
Good but not Great for the Price
I received this product for free to try out. I have been using it for 1 week now and I have not noticed a huge difference in my skin. All my pimples are still there. Although they are less inflamed, this product did not remove my acne.
That being said, I find the product itself to do a good job at preventing future breakouts by efficiently cleaning my skin without being too harsh or having too strong of a scent.
My conclusion for this product is that it is a good cleaner however, it did not clear up my acne and for the price of it, I do not think it is personally worth it.
This cleanser somewhat makes my skin very tight and dry after cleansing. It makes my skin flaky. I have oily and acne prone skin. I love most of Vichy products I have tried, however this one is not for me.
Yes it does the job! But for the price factor I have to say Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel is a little over my budget. I find other brands that have the same results for a couple bucks less, so sorry Vichy, this one is a fugheddaboutit!
This product had a lovely smell and left my skin feeling soft and fresh. I did not experience any tightness. I also did not see great results when it came to clearing up my breakouts. It worked OK but I definitely won't be running out to buy it at the price point it is at now.
I had high hopes for this line since the current skin care products I use are so expensive....unfortunately though the gel did not seem to have much effect on my skin at all. I have been using the product as directed for over a month now, and I am not seeing enough results to make me want to repurchase. I will not be recommending this product.
This was the only product that was quite disappointing for me - I didn't notice any real results in the 4 weeks I've used it. The smell, again, like the other 2 products in the line is quite strong. So, if you are sensitive to smells I would definitely give this one a whiff in store before purchasing. I highly recommend the Corrective Anti-Acne Treatment cream and the Purifying Pore-Tightening Lotion though!
Hmm, I was quite unsure about this product. Yes, it made my face feel clearer, but it left an unpleasant scent and a feeling of dryness. Not sure if it was just my own skin that did not suit the product, or that the product was not effective.
I received this product free from ChickAdvisor. I had previously been using Bioré Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser and I was very happy with the results of that product. I used the Vichy Normaderm line (purifying gel, pore-tightening lotion and anti-acne treatment) morning and night for several weeks and I did notice a visible change; My pores are smaller and I have been much less acne-prone since. It's tough to say which of these products I can attribute the improvement to though. I enjoyed using this purifying gel, but I'm not sure I would spend the extra money to buy it again. However, I would definitely recommend trying the Vichy Normaderm Corrective Anti-Acne 24H Hydrating lotion.
