This product works ok. I find if you have a scratch or a scab or even a pimple that when you put it on that it burns. I doesn't irritate though and I find that it smells strong like alcohol. For the price it's really not worth it. I would go with something a little bit less strong and cheaper. For the tightness part I haven't noticed any change.

This is a great toner! I liked using it with the 3 step, there was a bit of dirt left on my skin which showed up on my cotton pad which shows me that it actually works!

Great Product! Doesn't leave your face feeling tight and dry which I find happens with lots of other products. Doesn't have a strong smell which is also nice.

Vichy Normaderm Purifying Pore-Tightening Lotion - nice light scent, gentle on mild acne, one swipe does the job and does not over-dry skin. Works nicely as quick refresher when camping or long road trips.

This is less of a lotion and more of a toner. It has a faint astringent scent that is not overwhelming or unpleasant. I felt this was a great step in this skin care line and left my skin feeling cleaner and looking bright. I did not notice and pore tightening, and have large and visable pores. I wouldn't recommend this product on its own but I think as part of a whole routine it's an important step.

This is a new product that I tried from the Vichy Normaderm Acne line. I have all of the 3 products from the Vichy Acne line: the gel cleanser, this toner, and the lotion. I basically use this as a second cleansing step by using it on a cotton pad and wipe any remaining dirt after washing my face with the cleanser. Believe it or not, every time there's some dirt remaining, so it's important to use toner to do a second cleaning.

I think this toner is very hydrating too.

Upon hearing about this "lotion", the description and name lead me to believe it was indeed a lotion, as in a moisturizer, but I find this very misleading as it should be called a toner. This is a liquid-alcohol based toner that stings when you apply it. Despite its claims for sensitive skin, I think it should be reformulated without the alcohol as that can be painful if you have any slight knicks or acne sores.
I did not feel or see any pore tightening effects, it simply felt refreshing and it seems highly overpriced for such a simple product. Most other toners from the pharmacies will produce the same results.

I use this product morning and night after cleaning my face. I've never been one to use a toner because it would always dry out my face...BUT, I haven't had any issues while using this product. It smells AMAZING, and I do believe it helps prevent new breakouts from happening. I would recommend this product.

I'm very skeptical when it comes to toners because many dry my skin out very quickly. I must say this one did not dry out my skin, and I barely moisturizer while using it. It has a calming smell to it and the cool feeling it gives off while tightening my pores is soothing. I don't know if my face is much tighter off while using the product but I have lots left over and the price is good for the amount you get.

I received Vichy Normaderm Purifying Pore-Tightening Lotion free to try from Chick Advisor .I've tried many other astringents and they all have left my face feeling dry and sore .This one I used after the Vichy Gel Cleanser and applied with a cotton pad. It had a mild, yet pleasant scent and left my skin soft, refreshed and clean feeling without being dry or sore. In fact, my skin actually felt softer .And my acne is all but gone since beginning this treatment. Thank you so much for this opportunity to try this product! I'll definitely be buying in the future .
