Did not remove make-up completely.

This cleanser is gentle, especially for the delicate skin around the eyes. But I don't really think it is very effective removing mascara. I would not recommend this product for make-up removal.

Didn't really work, left a residue

I was excited to try this product because I like the idea of a 3-in-1 cleanser. I usually remove my makeup with a cleansing balm or oil and then wash with a regular liquid or cream cleanser. I found with this cleansing milk, I needed to use about seven cotton pads to get the makeup off my whole face and I didn't feel clean at all afterwards. I tried it a few times and I felt like I needed to wash my face with water every time. Even as a precleansing step, it was so wasteful to use all those cotton pads. Regular micellar water works much better. Nice idea, but I'd give this produt a pass!

its okay

this did a decent job as a cleanser .TBH i wasnt really looking fwd to try this particular product. this product doesnot sting while removing the eye make up so thats a good thing . there are many good products from vichy like the idealia range (wish i was selected for that ) and another good product is vichy mineral 89 .i highly recommend these products .

J'ai reçu le VICHY PURETÉ THERMALE 3IN1 ONE STEP CLEANSER lors d'une campagne de chikAdvisor. J'avais très hâte de l'essayer. Toute fois, j'ai eu certaines déceptions. J'ai dû utiliser 2-3 coton afin de bien nettoyer tout le mascara (alors que d'autre produit ne demandent pas autant d'effort). Je dirais que c'est un bon produit à avoir sous la main en cas d'urgence puisqu'il n'y a pas besoin d'être rincer par la suite. Pour moi, ça ne sera pas mon produit principal.

I used the Vichy 3 in 1cleanser for sensitive skin. It did not work that well to remove my eye makeup which included eye shadow, eye liner and mascara.

3 en 1 peu efficace

Ce 3 en 1 est réputé pour nettoyer, démaquiller et tonifier la peau. J’ai bien aimé la texture laiteuse du produit et sa fraîcheur. Cependant, l’odeur n’est pas ma préférée et j’ai trouvé que ma peau n’était pas bien nettoyée et très mal démaquillée après l’avoir utilisé. Pour cette raison, il ne semble pas adapté à une personne qui se maquille tous les jours et pour ma part, je ne rachèterai pas.

Got this as a free sample. It works with removing makeup very well but I wouldn’t use it for cleansing the face. It leave a grimes feeling afterward and personally I wash it off after because I don’t want it to sit on my skin!

Not impressive! Not too bad but not too nice

Il nettoie en douceur un peu trop en douceur! Il ne nettoie pas complètement. 3-1 et pour les yeux aussi mais il m'assèche les yeux! Donc un peu déçu du produit je ne l'achèterai pas de nouveau

I don't see the difference with this product. Maybe it's my skin type but to me, it does not work pretty well. The price is a little bit reasonable but not as effective as expected.

I put on sheer makeup everyday, my foundation isn't that thick, but I find this product couldn't take it off completely. I need to wipe my face with this product on a cloth or paper towel at least 3 times in order to feel clean. By that time, my face is so irritated and I'm so tired of wiping. I would not buy this product again.
