This product was nice and light, and the perfect addition to my skin care routine. A little goes a long way for this product. It left my skin feeling light and fresh.

It was effective in removing makeup and made me feel ready for bed. My one big con for this product is the price. $20 plus tax is more expensive than i would typically spend on a toner. You can get some great toners for half that price.

With that being said I would still recommend Vichy Purete Thermale Perfecting Tone to my friends and family!

Lovely scent and great cleansing

I got this product free to try from Chick Advisor. I have used toners in the past, but usually when I was having issues with my skin. This is the first time I have used a toner as part of my general daily routine. The first thing I noticed was the smell - I honestly have no idea if it is scented and supposed to smell like it does (and if I'm supposed to be able to IDENTIFY the smell), or if this is simply the way the ingredients smell when put together, but I really like it! It smells, clean and a little sweet - honestly it's really hard to describe, but smell is a huge thing for me - it can kill a product for me before even trying it - and I do like this one! It's definitely easy to use - I just squirt a bit onto a cotton pad and wipe it around my face. I find it leaves a clean, cooling feeling as I use it, and this is enjoyable. It is recommended to use this product after cleansing to remove any residue still remaining in your pores, and I do find that the cotton pad seems a bit dingy after use - suggesting to me that it is cleaning away some residue left behind from my cleanser. It doesn't seem to dry out my skin too much (it says it doesn't contain alcohol), but I do moisturize my skin right after, so this may help too. I also find it doesn't irritate my skin at all - but I don't have super sensitive skin either. Overall I generally like this product. Here are the few negatives: First, the back of the bottle has like 5 different languages on it, and English is last - so it took a bit of searching before I was able to locate the instructions for use - it would be nice if the English was put in an easier to see location (like first?). Also, when I looked it up, it appears this product is $19.95 at Shoppers Drug Mart. This is more than double the cost of the toners I have used in the past, and I can't say that it works any better. Overall I enjoyed using this product, but I'm not sure I would pay that price for it.

A regular toner

The toner seems to get the job done but I didn't find it to be any different from other toners. It does leave your skin feeling fresh, like most toners. Personally for me it didn't have any wow factor for me to purchase again.

Excellent toner for those with sensitive skin

I am a complete skin care junkie and use a number of products on my skin each day. For reference, I have slightly sensitive, slightly acne-prone skin. My skin care routine in the morning consists of a cleanser, serum, and lotion while in the evening I use a micellar water to remove my make-up, followed by a cleanser, AHA product, serum, and lotion. In general I use Simple, Aveeno, Cetaphil, and Body Shop products on my face.

As I generally use a micellar water to remove my make-up on a daily basis I do not tend to use toner but for the sake of trying this product out I decided to forego this step to use toner after I cleansed instead.

I am very happy with this toner overall. A little goes a long way so the bottle will last for quite a while - great value! I love the mild, pleasant scent but can see how this may bother some. My skin felt clean and tingly after I used this, it did not sting at all. It felt really gentle which I appreciated (that horrible astringent stinging feeling is the reason I don't generally love toners). My favourite thing about this one is that I swiped it over my eyelids to get some of the residue left on my eyes from my mascara and it not only took it off but didn't sting at all! What a win!

I received this toner free to try from the Product Review Club. I would consider repurchasing and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

J'ai reçu la lotion tonique perfectrice de Vichy gratuitement pour la testé et laisser un avis honnête.
J'ai utilisé le produit tous les jours après m'avoir lavé le visage. Il aide à enlever le reste de maquillage, hydrate, rafraîchit et tonifie la peau en laissant une légère odeur de fleurs.

Nice and light feeling

I really like this toner, it smelly fresh and is light on my skin and doesn’t leave the ‘tightness’ feeling I sometimes get with toners. It does a good job removing light make up as well. #gotitfree - thanks chick advisor. Great product!

Une bonne lotion tonifiante

J'ai reçu ce produit dans le cadre d'une campagne Chickadvisor. J'ai trouvé que c'était un bon produit, il est frais sur le visage et je sens ma peau plus propre après l'avoir appliqué. Par contre, je n'ai pas vraiment vu d'effet sur ma peau ou sur l'utilisation de ma crème avec cette lotion. Je n'ai pas vraiment l'impression que le fait d'appliquer ce tonique ou pas changeait vraiment quelque chose et j'ai donc été un peu déçue.

Good product!

I used the toner lotion several times and was very pleased. I did not gent any results better than when i use an other toning lotion. What i like though is that there is no alcohol in this product. I wil certainly continue to use it since I jave read it is very good for acne. I might not rebuy the product but will recommend it to friends and family.

Toner that makes my sensitive face feel clean and fresh!

I was lucky to try the Vichy Purete Thermale Perfecting Toner as part of the Chickadvisor Product Review Club. I haven't used a toner as part of my normal skincare in the past since my skin is dry and I normally associate toners with the stinging and drying out of my face because of the alcohol content.

I like that this toner is great for my dry and sensitive skin. After cleansing my face, I like that with a few wipes of my face with facial pads, it gently grabs any remaining makeup and dirt off my face. My face does feel more fresh and I can get use to using a toner after cleansing! I would recommend to friends who have sensitive skin that would love to use a toner.

Pretty neat toner

This toner clears my pores and removes residual makeup. I instantly feel it tighten my skin. It is gentle which is great as I have combination skin! I use this twice daily.
