As a heavy eye make-up wearer... mascara, dark eyeliner, and various colours of eye shadow (both cream and powder)... I can honestly say that his a fast and effective eye make-up remover. I simple wet a cotton pad with the solution, and within a few wipes, all traces of make-up were gone from my eyes! I was very pleased with the results, and will be continuing to use this product!

First of all, the packaging and look are the product are pretty cool, with the separation and different shades of blue. It also worked fairly well. Required the typical amount of rubbing to get makeup off, but it did so effectively.
My only complaint is a typical one with makeup removers - it left my skin with that oily, filmy texture so you had to follow it up with a full face wash anyway.

It definitely does what it claims to do! A very effective eye makeup remover that removes waterproof makeup well and does indeed limit the loss of lashes... and I am hard of removing my eye makeup. Only thing that bothered me was the filmy residue that it leaves on your eyes... definitely need to follow-up with a cleanser.

This is by far the best waterproof eye makeup remover that I have ever used. It worked seamlessly without requiring much rubbing or much product! After using it almost daily for 2 weeks, there is still plenty of product left for me to use. It is more costly than what I'm used to paying for eye makeup remover, but with quality and effectiveness like this, I am willing to make the switch.

I received this as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. This eye make-up remover is great because you don't have to rub to get the make-up off. Some removers leave an oily residue while this one does not. I wear contact lenses and it didn't irritate them. I normally use the presoaked pads by another brand (mainly because they are easy to travel with) but I think will purchase this in the future.

Vichy Pureté Thermale Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover works well, but I find it leaves an oily texture on my skin after use. To be honest, makeup remover isn't normally part of my daily routine but after receiving this product through ChickAdvisors last campaigne I thought I'd give it a try. Still cant see my adding it to my daily routine, but my teenage girls/makeup goddesses LOVE it! ;)

The waterproof eye makeup remover really did a wonderful job of taking off my eye makeup. It was very cool and refreshing as well. It was not sticky or greasy as most eye makeup removers are.

Because I use waterproof mascara as a base coat on my lashes almost every single day, I need a biphase makeup remover that's really going to get in there and get the product off without damaging my lashes, and for that purpose I really like this product. I do find that I need to apply the product with cotton pads and leave them pressed over my eyes for 20-30 seconds, but once I do that I feel like it easily gets the majority of the product off without having to rub or scrub. While some eye makeup removers can leave a heavy film of oily residue on my eyes, I find that this one leaves only the slightest slip and it rinses away completely with a quick pass with some micellar water. I also don't find this irritating to my eyes at all, which can be a big problem for me. I really, really like this eye makeup remover and will continue to use it as well as recommend it.

I am a big fan of waterproof mascara and need an eye makeup remover that is gentle, but effective and does the job well without my having to scrub and tug at my delicate eye area.

This product does the job to a T. It's super simple to use. Shake the bottle a bit so that the two liquids mix well together. Saturate a cotton pad with the remover. Press and hold the cotton pad over the lashes and wipe off in 30 seconds. This takes off the bulk of the waterproof mascara, and I just need to clean up around the eye area.

The remover does not irritate my eyes, and I don't need to do any extra session of cleaning with cleanser and water afterwards.

I think this is just as good (even better because of the price) as the Lancome Bi-Facil eye makeup remover. I know that this Vichy eye makeup remover is now my go to everyday product.
