This makeup remover worked really well. Usually, trying to remove waterproof mascara is painful and time consuming (often pulling out some of my eyelashes) but Vichy Pureté Thermale Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover removed all of my makeup easily, quickly and without pain. Best of all, I kept all my eyelashes! This product is very effective and saves time by removing the make up easily. It is also very gentle. I wish it wasn't so expensive but I would still recommend this product.

This eye makeup remover definitely worked as advertised even on hard to take off waterproof mascara and eye liner. It removed everything and was still gentle on my skin. This was one of the better, more effective high end eye make-up removers that I have tried. It smelt great and felt good on my skin.

I would recommend this product to friends and I would most likely purchase it again.

One of the best eye make up removers that I have used. Doesn't irritate my eyes after using and it removes all the make up, leaving no residue behind. Definitely a great product!

Unfortunately, while this product is formulated nicely, and smells good, it is very ineffective at removing eye makeup. All it did for me was to move the eye makeup around, rather than remove it. I would not buy this product.

This waterproof makeup remover makes it extremely easy to pull off your mascara/ eyeliner at the end of the day. It makes exceptionally quick work of non-waterproof mascara as well. I like that this wasn't too much work (ie. no hard pressing) in order to help get everything off.
I did find that if left in a somewhat warm room (my bathroom is the hottest place in the house.) It started to coagulate and get jelly-like bits floating around which was weird.

This product works just as effectively as other eye makeup removers I've tried in the past. The only bonus to this product over the rest is that it has nice moisturizing properties which is great for my skin. It had a nice refreshing, cool sensation to it which I liked as well. I would recommend this to my eye-makeup wearing friends for sure.

I loved this Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover it worked like a charm! Just moisten a cotton pad and give a few gentle swipes and the makeup and mascara are gone! No harsh feeling and didn't burn or sting and best of all didn't seem to dry my skin out at all! A gentle very effective cleanser! Vichy is a higher end and does cost more but it's worth it!

This eye makeup remover is very gentle and can remove the makeup fast.No scrubbing or tugging of the sensitive eye area. It doesn't sting my eyes or leave a greasy residue, and it is great at taking off both normal and waterproof mascara.

I found this makeup remover to be just as good as some brands I have tried before, even better with others.
Price is reasonable

Product worked very well for me. I seemed to melt the makeup right off of my eyes. Very effective for removing waterproof mascara as well. Bit pricey for my though but if you want a good quality product then this would be the way to go.
