It is not a strong as a regular product therefore I felt comfortable using on my my child’s face (meaning above the nose and forehead) also rubbing it on his chest. No he is a teenager and I still use this product when he gets congested due to cold or allergies it helps him with his sleep and give him relief from his stuffiness.
I always have a bottle in my home and I recommend it you everyone as well

Perfect for the little ones it’s great for when they are sick rub a little on their chest so they can breathe . It’s not as strong which I love because it calms them instead of irritating their little noses . I have used this item multiple times when my boys have a cold . Works wonders for us . I bought Vick’s baby rub hoping it would help my daughter sleep. It not only helped her sleep but also during the day she was playing and acting her normal self because she could breath better. A little on her chest and some right under her nose! Worked likes a charm!! Definitely worth it! I’ll definitely be being more for my infant son when he’s a little older.
