I love using Vicks for when I have a cold, I like to rub it on my chest and underneath my nose to clear my sinuses. It works really well and helps soothe chest pain. It also helps you breathe a lot better too, and you can make a homemade Vicks shower melt that you put in the shower when you are sick and it helps so much!

I LOVE this stuff! I use it year round for many things. First off, when myself or my kids have a cough I put it on the bottom of their feet and it works so good! I also use it on tough under the skin pimples, it helps dry them out. I rub it on my temples when I have a headache, and of course I use it under my nose when I'm congested.
