Vicks Vapour Rub is my favorite product to use when I have a cold or my sinuses are all stuffed up. It works really well. Especially if you rub it on your chest and underneath your nose. It helps open up your sinuses and helps you breathe better when you have a cold. It's a very strong smelling product but it works!

I remember when I was a very young girl going to school and my Mom ,every time we got a bad cold and got all congested she would always reach for the Vicks VapoRub Topical Ointment.I didn't mind it so much only,after she would rub it on our chest we couldn't go outside to play.It was very effective because if I had a stuffy nose,which would affect the breathing,Vicks would open it up and make breathing more easier.Today if I get a bad cold and stuffy nose I reach for the Vicks Rub.It is great for bronchittis on the chest and for breaking up tight coughs .The reason for staying inside after using Vicks is because any cold or drafts would make it worse everything is all open for the Vicks to work and letting cold drafts reach you could cause pneumonia.We had to have it washed off before going outside.Vicks when applied,goes to work immediately and in no time,makes you feel so much better.I would recommend this product.
