My Mom used this on me, I used it on my 2 and now I use it on my grandsons. They get congested a lot at night and I rub a small amount on their chests. They didn't like the smell, but they're use to it now. I still use it on myself.

Fever cold runny nose it helps me when i'am sick, it helps me sleep when i prepare for bed time so that i could breath better at night that minty rub does the trick when i'am sick it's heaven.

This is my utmost favorite product and have used it on my kids, day care kids and friends kids more times than I can count. I love the smell I know call me crazy but the scent is what opens the passages so you can breathe. This works great on babies as well, you rub it on the bottom of their feel and cover with socks and by morning the nasal pages wil be free and clear.

This is the best when you have a chest or head cold. It was used on me by my mother when i was little and I am still using it today when I am sick. Rub some on your chest and back as well as your forehead and nose and it helps you breath easier. Love the Vicks fragrance too

If it's not broken don't fix . Long and tried product since I was a child. My grandmother used it on my mother, my mother used it on me and I used it on my son. Try it and you will see yourself pass it on to many generations.
