This stuff is amazing to open up the lungs. I have gotten bronchitis many times and every time I use this it helps me sleep

I had never used this stuff before this past year, and I'm kicking myself that it took so long! I have a pretty crappy immune system so I'm constantly getting colds, and this stuff actually lets me breathe. The only annoying thing is sometimes I forget I have it on and I go to scratch my chest or something, and then I come back with a goopy hand. Not so fun. But the product works great!

Talk about colds and de-congestion,this is in my opinion, the best that was ever made.The only thing about Vicks VapoRub Topical Ointment you need to be careful with it,when you rub it on,you definately have to stay inside or,wash it off completely before going outside.The reason for this is,Vicks VapoRub opens all the pores in your body and if any cold should get on you while wearing it,then.you run the risk of Phneumonia.Always read the instructions first before using.This is a great product.

this is a much needed addition to anyone's medicine cabinet-for me, it is a must have. We use it by putting a little under the nose at bed time to help with stuffiness, on our feet under thick socks to help with cough and congestion, and also on the chest. The warmth that comes form the Vicks , and when I rub it on my kids, gives them comfort. For a very congested chest, I add some to a bowl of boiling water, cover my head over the bowl with a towel, and breath in the fumes. Helps every time!

My favourite trick with this is tout it on your feet and then socks on at night. Makes a huge difference. This is a staple in my medicine cabinet.
